It appears either their delivery manager is not able to keep the orders straight or they need to build their fleet larger before taking on any new customers. (The van's customization was done in Texas.) The owner himself came out to talk with me and talked me through his idea for a solution. He quoted me what I thought was a very reasonable price and they completed the work in a few hours. He gave me a thorough rundown on how the new system worked and things to look out for. I have autopay which has ensured that I was never late on a payment. They snuck in a filled over 800$ on my tank without notice. I called to ask for time and split payments and solutions on this bill. The autopayed it anyway and now I have a huge credit that they will not refund. They accused me of late pay, and said I would have to find another company and tank before issuing the credit. We had paid using Apple Pay, not realizing it uses a different card number than the physical debit card. Instead of explaining that or helping, she smirked and acted like she was glad we couldn't get a refund. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. We are honest customers and didn't deserve to be treated that way. I hope management addresses this and retrains staff on proper customer service and Apple Pay refunds. A true gem off the beaten path!!…read more This is a little family owned and operated service station! They fill propane bottles, buy aluminum and cans, exchange oxygen and acetylene! They provide diesel, and CLEAR fuel that contains NO ETHANOL. It is ran by Mother and Father, so it's a "Ma&Pa shop that has been in business since 1996.
