Brought in a coupon for an oil change from a competitor they said and did honor. Claimed timing belt was bad and needed to be changed. I got a second opinion and that mechanic said it was fine. Been driving on same belt for 2 years after they claimed needed replacement. Clearly trying to take advantage and add on repairs that are not needed. I don't recommend unless you are familiar with cars to ensure not trying to take advantage. I did speak with the manager named Brad. I let him know about the 2nd opinion and that his employees tried to have me buy unneeded parts. Instead of looking at parts on my car to get first hand opinion. I had an amazing experience. Brought in a Silverado a few days ago will a 13 inch screw in the tire. I forgot names because I am awful with that but the guy behind the desk gave me a ride home since I had work. Unbelievable service, the uber was $10 and they insisted they would take me home instead. From the 1st phone call to when I picked up my car every single person I communicated with was amazing! I had issues with my heater not working..... long story, however the dealership tried to screw me over. These guys were amazing!!!! Made me feel very comfortable the entire time while they were diagnosing the actual issue. I'm a 22 year old girl, and I guess that made them think they could rip me off on my tire swap. Made an appointment and drove all the way there just to find out they were gonna charge me $220 to swap my all season tires for my winter tires. I told them I was going to make a call beforehand, and when I went to speak to them again, they proceeded to ignore me. Immediately left and drove to Meineke down the street where they charged me less than half of what Colorado Tire & Service was going to charge me. The customer service was nice, and i found the staff to be professional and respectful. (I had a flat tire and just wanted to replace the tire rather than patch it ). If I had one critique it would be the upsell of trying to get all 3 other tires replaced and then of course alignment, but then again thats pretty much the upsell I would expect to get at literally every other automotive place so I cant hold that against them. read more

Had some hiccups with these folks. Had some issues with my engine. They had my car for 3 weeks and as soon as I drove it off the lot, my check engine came on. So, when I bring it back for them to fix it, they want to charge me more. Not sure why this didn't come up while they had my car for 3 weeks. They also removed some panels in my truck and didn't put them back up. I let Brad VanderZee know and his response was, we didn't do it. No one else had worked on my car besides them. Over the course of two weeks I worked with Tom & the team there to order them, and when we were ready I sent my unsuspecting employee there to "pick up" some equipment. Tom & the team played along and he was absolutely floored. Beyond that, though - the work done was top notch- they really went the extra mile. I'm a veteran and I was flat out lied to. I was told we will fix your truck and get it to pass emissions, "just let us run a diagnostic on it and we will get you going". $667 later and guess what, it failed worse than before. I will never bring any of my vehicles to this place again to the Aurora shop or any of the other ones. They have not really tried to reach out to me. All they did was have some lady call me and ask if everything was okay? Ive been dealing business here for over 7 years with two cars and I liked having a local business to support. I've never experienced what I experienced this go around. I had never met Andy, the manager, and not sure if he's new or what, but he has 0 visible respect. First, I called up and had asked if I could bring my car in on Monday of last week. He told me they don't do drop offs and he was schedule out until Thursday. I said that was interesting because I'd never had to do that in the past and he acted like they never did that. He was very short with me. That was the first weird thing. I brought my car in and dropped it off on Friday. From my memory of my last visit they usually look at the vehicle history and ask if I want to do anything from the inspection from the last visit. That didn't happen. I came to pick it up. No mention of what the car looks like and went straight to the cost. I asked if they a had a Yelp discount or any other discounts and he said no. I had looked at it before I came in and it was for the address for this Colorado tire, so I pulled it up and he very sternly said, "that's not on my website, I have nothing to do with that, we don't do discounts here and you should call Yelp to take it up with them." I was blown away by how he was being so defensive and that he was telling me I should call Yelp to fix a problem that he clearly should be responsible for. Mind you, they have a Yelp sticker on their window and he later said, "I don't deal with Yelp, we used to but not anymore, but we still get rewards from them." So which is it... it sounds like your company is associated with them and Colorado tire should be responsible for handling the issue with Yelp. I understand Yelp may be at fault, and honestly, I didn't care that he didn't want to give me a discount, but the way he handled it was absolutely ridiculous. I hate to have to find another car shop, but Andy is giving me no choice. Jason , consider a new manager of this store, it's headed south quick. I have been coming to them with my car for about 3 years now. They have been in business for a long time and have been family owned and operated. Recently the ownership changed over but at least two of managers are related to the original owners. They are so friendly and honest with me. In fact I started having my mom bring her car here too. I have no problem with her going on her own because I know they will take good care of her. They know my name and hers. Overall, a better than average neighborhood shop. The fist time I took my car in for work, I was pissed because it took three trips to get a single repair done, but every subsequent visit has been friendly, fast and quality. I brought my car in for service, and when I got it back, there was multiple grease marks on the cloth above the windows, towards the front of the windows, and on the visors. There was also a small cigarette burn in the visor on the passenger side. When we called, they said we could bring it in and they would look at it. When we arrived, we spoke to Mike and Joe. They were very rude and unprofessional. Joe hastily grabbed some cleaning supplies, walked passed us without saying anything, then proceeded to clean. He made it apparant that we were incoveniencing him. After he was done, he handed us the key fob and walked away. We had to go back in and mention the cigarette burn again. Mike told us we would need to speak to Tom, the store manager, and leave the car for a couple of more days. To add insult to injury, when we got back in the car, Joe left an Armour All wipe on the floor. My wife took it back into the store and told Joe that he left it in the car, and he took it without saying a word. No apology or anything. Will NOT go back. read more

This is the time when negative stars would be more than appreciate. I went on to get some repairs done on my leaking truck. I went to pick it up and upon pulling off gas was pouring out of the vehicle. Why you ask? Because some one didn't replace the cap. When I went back to see how the fuck that happened. They took the car in the same day, just for me pick it up the following day with the same problem. (Worse leakage than when I'd arrived. )The workers were extremely nonchalant when it came to the severity of the situation and how pissed I was. We were travelling across country towing a trailer. After two flats in two days we had to find new tires. We found Colorado Tire & Service after trying two Walmarts and three tire stores. Everyone was closed on Sunday except a Walmart whose auto dept didn't open until noon. Tom saved us a lot of time as well as reasonably priced.
