Great place for Ice Cream Really a great place for Ice Cream, if it was really close to a main Road. It would be Really Busy. They have really good Ice cream here. Really nice area around this place. If Portsmouth is really busy, just keep driving and come by here. Less traffic right by here. It's pretty good here, A lot less Crazy than the Portsmouth area. The ice cream was good, if a little underwhelming considering the line. But considering the line, the service was quick and good. It was peak summer night, so I'm not surprised. There are so many flavors, and it's definitely worth a stop. There were a lot of bugs, but again, considering the area that is unsurprising. It was dusk in New England. Highly overrated IMO. The first thing that irritated me was that they can't be bothered to post a list of their flavor descriptions. How do I know if I want extreme chocolate, death by chocolate, or chocolate lover's chocolate. I'm not kidding -- they had all three. When there's a line, you can't ask the clerk to describe every flavor for you. How hard is it to put up a list describing the flavors that aren't readily apparent from their name? They don't make their own ice cream. If you live in the area, that's fine, but I made a trip there from Wells to discover they just have the brands I can buy elsewhere including the grocery store. The atmosphere is not good. The place is unkept and needs a lot of TLC. Don't be swayed by all the great reviews. This place is below average in quality. read more

They have so many flavors that you might have a very hard choosing so just start at the top and work your way down the 12 foot high list of flavors, in 2 columns, maybe over 100. There is some organization to the list. Maine Lobster tracks above Maine wild blueberry over Mississippi Mud. Death by Chocolate is near Chocolate lovers Chocolate. Chocolate chip is in another part of the list. In the past I've found some flavors listed twice. Enough to please the most finicky kid. read more

Great ice cream at a low price. The servings are huge, I recommend just ordering the "itty bitty" size. Large selection of ice cream flavors. The milk shakes are fantastic. They also sell frozen slushies which are refreshing on a hot day, and my daughter likes me to order it so she can eat her ice cream and steal my drink. Aggies is a classic. They have so many different varieties of great tasting ice cream. I went there many times as a kid and always had a great experience (except when my parents wouldn't let me have a larger size).
