Like it says it is good ice cream. They did have minimal seating but not enough for the line out the door when we went in the afternoon. There is metered parking and 2 30 minute spots across from the ice cream shop. The flavor choices were bountiful in hard and soft. We got one soft frozen lemonade, one small banana cone, one banana shake and one small dish of vanilla. It cost $21 which as a tourist trap is expected but as a local business I would not tend to go repeatedly. The service was slower. Three people worked on our order but it took too long for the shake and others ice cream was melting and dripping- add there wasn't enough seating I think it was good just not wicked good. read more

Excellent selection of flavors that are unique and delicious. The ice cream is actually made in New Hampshire, but is nonetheless really good. When you first walk in, it can be a bit confusing, because all you'll see are sunglasses and sandals, but once you walk to the back you'll find the frozen treasure! There are so many appealing flavors of iced cream and a whopping 24 flavors of soft serve! It may take you a while to make a final decision on what to get but the staff is wonderful and very helpful. Can't go wrong with some ice cream and excellent customer service with a smile! You've got to have this ice cream if you're in York. It's soooo good!! I had the caramel caribou and there were so much caramel and caramel cups in it. They are really generous with their scoops and prices are great! Look for the pink Adirondack chairs out front. read more

They moved across the street last year but the quality of the ice cream and service remains the same. Have a great selection of flavors, sundaes, root beer floats, sorbets and dairy free ice cream flavors (much appreciated by some in our group). Their waffle cones are had made on premises and delicious. Overall, a nice treat whenever we are in York. Just get there early, there is typically a fairly large line. read more

I will admit that I hadn't had ice cream in about 9 months when we stopped in to Wicked Good so that might have affected my opinion but seriously -it was delicious! The new AMAZING, location is perfect! While eating your sweet treat, you can people watch in the hot pink Adirondack chairs that sit right outside the shop. And it's closer to the beach. They've added coffee / iced coffee, homemade waffle cones pastries and more. My go-to ice cream is usually Graham Central Station but this time I tried the chocolate peanut butter frozen yogurt and it was delicious! Texture was just like ice cream . Great place to get ice cream. Although the place can get crowded, it is worth the wait. All night long they keep 3 to 4 staff members running orders to get through their long lines. The options they have are unique as they have almost any type you could think of. The best I've seen is the flavored soft serve ice cream. They offer about 25-30 different flavors of soft serve ice cream that is awesome. read more

If your looking for friendly customer service without the "friendly" than this is the place for you! We have visited this shop before and remembered it as having so-so customer service. After visiting this establishment this weekend I'm sorry to say it has deteriorated to the level of a plastic smile when prompted and a few flavorless choices on the menu. The young folks working the shop were either extremely depressed or fearful of the ice cream debutante who appeared from the back of the store with a less than Appreciative look on her face. She said "can I get you something", but her face said "I'm only here because I have to be". My family and I have been coming to this beach for years and I must say the level of customer service and genuine friendliness has deteriorated over the years at more than a few of the establishment. Someone with a homemade product and a thorough understanding of building repeat business and the ideal of gratitude could really clean house on this beach! read more

we went there the other day and a whole family in front of us were not wearing masks. i will never be bringing my family there again. this was absolutely not safe. they continued to stand there and have a conversation with the workers while i was paying. they could have spit on my ice cream and infected me with COVID 19. masks should absolutely be mandatory in all buildings even after the pandemic, i will not be returning. read more

One of my favorites in the area, huge selection of amazing ice cream flavors, however I did not enjoy the soft serve flavors. Hard serve ice cream is delicious, they have an amazing selection of flavors with perfect sizes too! I love the cake batter, seriously delicious. The soft serve is unusually icy with barely any sprinkles on top. Downsides to the establishment- gets crowded because it is a narrow space and the young workers are there because they have to be. Great ice cream parlor. Has chairs outside where you can enjoy the ice cream with your dogs. Lots of flavors and large options on the menu. We had a small pistachio soft serve and peach soft serve.
