Instead, he told us the kitchen was "backed up," even though we could clearly see other tables being served. We ultimately decided to leave after watching two tables that were seated after us finish their meals, pay, and leave before we had even received our food. We paid for our drinks before leaving and never received an apology. On top of that, some of the manager's responses to negative reviews come across as dismissive and disrespectful.
