Lonnie's is legit. Love this place so very happy that it didn't become a dispensary! Highly recommend supporting this local soft serve!

Went once and will never go back. Service was horrible. Way over priced for what you get. Not for me.

And somehow they had a full menu of flavors. I'm glad they allow samples. The flavor was good but the texture was not very creamy. Additionally not sure if it's the product or how my scooped my ice cream but every attempt to eat I dropped more ice cream (the first chunk was during the pass off) and subsequent dropage. I went to get a cup because this cost me $9 without tip! Yikes. And while i never mind paying for great eats- this was really only good. The flavors got lost cause i did do 2 scoops. I am shocked at how high the price to portion ratio, really. The strawberry was good, the coffee Oreo was kinda meh. Oh, they need to place a cover on those brownies on the top counter over the ice cream. Literally its mouth height and everyone including myself was talking into them ordering. Yikes. If I did return it would be for one scoop and really has to be something unique. There are ice cream shoppes that offer quality and quantity for almost half this price.

They have a small selection of baked goods and ice cream flavors that seem to change often. The creamsicle ice cream had delicious flavor but there were bits of something waxy throughout it that I didn't enjoy. I had a chocolate chip cookie that was perfectly salty sweet and perfectly soft. Love the inclusive vibes and kind service.

We made a stop in Portsmouth, NH to explore Market Square, Prescott Park, Strawbery Banke Museum,…read morethe harbor, and grab dinner. While the town was nice to walk around, it didn't particularly stand out to me. On our way back to the parking garage, we were craving something cold--even though we were already full--and came across Izzy's Frozen Yogurt. The staff was friendly, and the iced mocha tasted like an iced mocha. My only surprise was the frozen yogurt itself. I usually think of frozen yogurt as soft serve, like Red Mango or Pinkberry, so I was a little confused when it was served in scoops instead. We tried the strawberry and chocolate peanut butter flavors. To me, they tasted more like regular ice cream than frozen yogurt and were a bit sweeter than I expected. Overall, it was a decent stop for dessert, but it wasn't quite what I was expecting. Travel tip: If you're visiting Portsmouth, I'd recommend avoiding the Bow Street Parking Lot if possible. We paid $39.55 for about two hours, and extending our parking by another hour cost an additional $7.91. Instead, consider parking at the Hanover Parking Garage, which was only about $3 per hour and is still within walking distance of downtown. We definitely wished we had known that beforehand!

Do not ever go to this facility. I ordered a cake a week in advance and was supposed to pick it up on my son's birthday. They never made it. To make things worse they didn't offer to do anything for my son and we were there on his birthday. They just refunded me and gave me attitude. they did however offer that I could grab a bigger freezer burnt cake that's been sitting in their freezer without an additional charge. The cake i ordered was already paid for and cleared with my credit card company. When I went to pay for the cake over the phone, they asked me if I wanted to add a tip????? I didn't even see the cake yet and to make a long story short, they didn't even make the cake period. It's a very toxic business. I would never go there. I Will give my business to someone else that knows how to deal with errors and customer service.

Then when he started making my second item, idk why he thought another worker had completed my order, so he mumbled to himself, oh cook, then this can be mine. He then tells me, that guy made your other order. As I proceeded to pay, my second item wasn't made, so "the Worker that supposedly made my order" cashed me out then made my second item. Both 16 oz to-go containers were sticky all over. The least they could do is wipe the sides. It's so unfortunate that the service like that can completely ruin someone's experience. Boo this location. Onto the next. No pride in their work.

To me, the Best part was the WPF Bread store on the other side. Their bread is the BEST! And here there were many flavors I'd never seen before. Plenty of lot parking so that's always a plus. We walked in on Friday for lunch and it was fairly full but we were seated quickly and orders taken. Very rustic ambience and service was quick. Unfortunately, the food was just ok and didn't knock my socks off. We ordered the Brussel sprouts, pork belly steam buns and the margherita pizza. Brussels were fried nicely but the ginger sesame sauce was very strong and I would probably preferred the sauce on the side. Pork belly buns were just ok as well. We were here for the pizza so were excited to try it - pizza unfortunately was just ok as well. Food is subjective and always based on preference so please take this review with a grain of salt - pizza was a bit doughier than I'd like - I prob should've asked for it to be well done if even possible and the sauce tasted heavy on the oregano - not something I'm a big fan of. All in all - not bad but not great. I just had such high expectations - maybe a different pizza might've changed my mind. But def don't skip out on going next door to try some samples and get some bread - the bread is amazingly delicious.
