These guys were super friendly on the phone. Pretty much the only joint near Chicago where I could get paintball thanks filled for cheap. I use them for an electronic solenoid for my planted aquarium. They sold me two 20 oz thanks filled for free on first fill. It made the drive out here very worth it. I have an airsoft gun that I brought in for repair multiple times for the same issue. total time they've had my gun was just over two months. I bought a brand new motor aftermarket from them which apparently according to them was burnt out. They didn't inform me or bother to get a replacement of the same motor. Never mind the fact that that motor has never been fired or in my gun when I had it for 2 days before bring back to you shop. Also the $60 bucks I paid for it. After multiple times telling me my gun was done and going in to pick it up . Just to find out the it wasn't done or the gearbox was locked up. finally (so they say) it was fixed when I got home and tested it and looked at the motor they swapped motors put some used piece of garbage in there didn't inform me the piñon gear set screw was loose so it just slid off ,didn't put the gear in for the ambidextrous fire selector or give me it. used different screws than what was in there. when I called to confront them about swapping the motor they apologized, oh I'm sorry and then said I give you another then when I went to get the motor they gave me some stock piece of garbage that came out of a Lancer tech and tried telling me it was better than what I originally purchased. Please, please ,please do yourself a favor and stay away from the shop. you will end up getting ripped off go to MIR Tactical in Buffalo Grove. To the owner Brian maybe after this you might spend more time at your Business to see how the people you have working for you are Destroying your name and business. I would have not expected this kind of treatment because of the fact of how much money Me and my friends have spent in there. The amount of business I have brought there, I would've never expected to be treated this way. apparently you are comfortable with your workers doing this kind of work and don't care that people are going to post negative reviews and sooner or later it will cut into your profits. The replacement motor has the brass. I tested it with amp meter and test the RPM exact same motor As the one sitting next to it that came out of a stock lancer tactical M4. read more

This place is a good place to stop if you need to fill your tanks! They charged me $5 to fill each of my 48ci air tanks one of my tanks regulators wasn't working and instead of fixing it they gave me a brand new tank, I also needed to buy an extra pod and they gave me one for free everyone is helpful and friendly! They charged me a total of $30 for a new tank and two tank refills overall I think this shop is not a bad place read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Just terrible service. The owner or manager or whatever he is, is a total jack ass. So incompetent and just useless. I ordered a tippmann A5 from him on a Sunday because I needed it 2 weeks from that day. Plenty of time right? He says he would have it in 3 days. A week passes and I don't hear from him. I call him all week and nothing. All I get is "he will call you back later" many times. I go see him the day before I need the gun and ask about it. He stares at the ceiling for what seemed like a minute and finally says, "all shops in Chicago are sold out. I can upgrade you for free" He then shows me these 2 ragged ass markers and says I can pick one. Obviously used and beat up. Says they will beat any tippmann marker. I say some nasty and smart remarks and tell him to refund my deposit. I took that deposit and went to arrowhead. It's a tippmann/military surplus store or something and get a brand new tippmann in 2 minutes. This guy is terrible. Everything he sells is junk and tries to pass it off as quality stuff. He must have some sort of chemical imbalance or something. Either way, he shouldn't be running a business. And the turds that work there are so rude and unprofessional. Bottom line. I've been a customer since I started paint balling back in 2005. The owner and staff at aggressive are know the sport quite well. They took their time explaining the difference in the gear and showed me the best ups for my current gear. If your looking for good prices on new or used gear aggressive paintball is the spot. Called store to get a co2 tank filled, and the gentlemen said he could fill 5lb tank. Drove 40 minutes to get it filled to only walk in and say he can't fill tank as he's going through co2 too fast and preference to paintball co2 tanks. Not sure what the difference is if I'm paying the same amount. read more

I couldn't have a better experience than I did today at this paintball establishment. I am very new to paintball and went to this store with all my paintball gear that I purchased online. They spent about an hour installing everything for me and carefully explaining how it all works. For this they charged me nothing and didn't even try to sell me anything else. Pat was awesome and everyone seemed very friendly here. Will definitely return here for any additional gear that I need in the future. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. I brought a couple paintball guns in and some high end equipment to sell. I came in a couple weeks later and everything was gone and the owner didnt know what happened to it. Other employees told me that he sold it right away but for some reason I couldn't get my money. Brian (the owner) treats customers as friends. the store selection always has reasonably priced used items which prices are always negotiable. I'm not sure what kind of stupid person walks out of a store with a check not cash in return for items.. and then runs to yelp sayin it bounced... the store inventory is ever changing so the complaint about non quality gear is not so legit. read more

Bad! Run by kids who don't help out in anyway. All the parts and guns there are used and in poor shape. They charge wayyy too much for refills and its just not worth your gas or time. I came in there looking for a part to a pb pistol and asked if they had the part....Their response was "look in that case". The case was full of odds and ends from different guns. The owner of Aggressive Paintball Brian De Alba (Facebook name), falsely accused my son of theft. He stated that he had my son on camera not paying for a paintball gun that was taken from the store. The young man who left the store without paying for his purchase was not my son. I contacted the store today to request an apology on Facebook to clear my son's name and he refused. I am also sending a detailed letter and copy of the Facebook message that damaged my son's reputation on social media. My son states that the business is run by amateurs and they do not give receipts for purchases or work completed. read more

I called, Asked if they were interested in buying my gear, over the phone they seemed exited, I knew I wasn't going to get what I wanted for all my stuff, but they made me an offer, and I had just drove 1.5 hours to get there...So, then, the owner tells me that they are short on cash, and would have to write a check...(maybe my 1st mistake)...I accepted, and little did I know, they wrote me a bad check. NO JOKE. I cashed the check, and later found out, it bounced. I still haven't received ANY $ for my gear. This place is GHETTO...STAY AWAY!!! Order ONLINE!...And If Aggressive Sports reads this...just know...I have gotten the Chicago Ridge Police involved, and I truly hope, they shut you down.
