He doctors and staff have been great and very professional and helpful. Have learned to use the telehealth resources via the website to access my primary care doc and kid's pediatricians, as their appointments are not easily bookable unless you contact them directly with specific information that they can then triage.

At this point I'm pissed but keeping my cool. I basically got told it was going to be another hour... which would make me late for another appointment. This happens every time at this place. I actually like the doctors they're really nice people. I just don't understand why I have to lecture my doctor about being on time. I can't help but feeling like they have no respect for their patients time.

Spoke with the wonderful Miss Avelina on the phone to reschedule a last minute cancelation due to an illness ( I work at an RCH and this happens often yet sometimes certain facilities don't understand) and without hesitation she didn't reprimand, talk down, lecture she said "life happens" nearly brought me to tears. We exchanged a little more conversation, I was comfortable and felt like I was talking to a good friend. I wanted to reach through the phone and hug her. He was so very kind and patient. He explained the difference between the rapid and regular test...recommending we do not do the rapid because of it many false negatives. Despite, 2 out of the 3 in our household meeting criteria for rapid, we decided on the regular for a more precise result. We then proceeded to get tested. The nurse who helped us (I believe her name was Ana), was so very thorough and informative. She took her time with each of us and took extra care for my husbands cousin, who is blind. We thanked her profusely because she just made us all feel so much better. In these COVID times, our emotions are all heightened. Our visit to this clinic and the urgency of the matter were held in high regard. I'll be honest, I do not usually run to clinics. We have our own PCP but heard this place was great and super efficient. Well worth the drive to Watsonville from Salinas! I took some time before writing this to read other reviews.
