The detailed story: My son bought a motorcycle, and Jackie at Ennis performed the state-to-state title transfer (DE to PA), completed form MV-1 (Application for Certificate of Title), notarized the bill-of-sale, submitted PA registration, issued a new PA tag, and even applied for my son's current address to be updated on his license. And here's the part for which I will be forever grateful to Jackie: Tuesday, May 5th, we had traveled 2 hours from Harrisburg, and had originally planned to complete the purchase and transfer the vehicle at Wiggins Auto Tags (954 E Baltimore Pike Kennett Square), which was closer to the seller, and supposed to be open until 8. I called Wiggins the day before to confirm they would be open until 8. At 6:50, we pulled into the parking lot at Wiggins, and they were closed! A sign on the door stated they were closed, and would resume normal hours the next day. Very grateful to the seller as well, who discovered the closure before we arrived and had contacted Jackie at Ennis. Ennis normally closed at 7, but Jackie graciously agreed to stay open. It took us 15 minutes to redirect to the Ennis location, and we arrived about 7:15. Jackie was finishing up with another customer, and then helped us, and we finished up our transactions around 8:15. Jackie gave up an hour of her night to save us having to reschedule and travel another 4 hours round-trip. Jackie's is performance is outstanding. She is profusely knowledgeable and efficient, and all with a pleasant and wonderfully friendly nature. Thank you, Jackie!!

I contacted Hopkins & Sons about moving furniture from a one bedroom apartment in West Chester, PA…read more(plus 25 boxes in a downstairs storage unit) to my new apartment in Newark, DE. They were excellent all around, from Amy, the moving coordinator, to Josh, Joe and Neil the three gentlemen that performed my move. Communication from Amy was clear, prompt and friendly. The movers arrived right on time for an 8 am start. They knew their stuff. In addition to moving a couch, desk, and chair among other items, they moved my 55" flat screen tv and my Queen-sized sleep number bed with no problems. They do charge an up charge to pack the tv into a specific moving box for flat screens, which I thought was fair and much better than them simply trying to wrap it. They worked quickly and were done loading in 90 minutes. They were also familiar with my new building and knew where to park to unload and quickly got me set up and everything was completed by 1 pm. Moving is stressful, and the movers saw me when I was not at my best, and their friendliness, good humor, and competence really helped me get through the day. I thought the pricing was competitive for a professional service. I did call other companies to compare, and one of them wanted to charge 3x the price to move the flat screen tv, and didn't want any responsibility for the sleep number bed!! Just silly. They broke several things and most can't be repaired or replaced. There are things I have not yet found even though the items from the same rooms have been unpacked. I suspect they didn't make the move. Very disappointed
