They did not call to check on the outcome of the procedure & I had to text a couple of times before receiving a response. Additionally- they are very heavily into selling future treatments packages. Unfortunately, it appears as though they work on commission and are more concerned with selling packages for future treatments than actually delivering results. That said, I did reach of out to Nicole and was provided with a partial refund for the future services purchased. I did pay for the cost of the procedure. I was unhappy with . I think that the services provided may be effective (although I wouldn't know) and the prices are competitive. My criticisms are 1) my adverse reaction, 2) lack of proper after care and 3) the selling is overly aggressive. In fact, within about 180 seconds of my treatment, I was given a cherry code to pay $2000 for future treatments that ultimately would not have worked for me because I had an adverse reaction. The place is nice, the service is good, and the owner is nice but again the sales pitch is serious. My recommendation would be that they provide a service and see how the service works for the client before they sell future services! Generally, if the service is good, it will sell itself. You don't need to lock people into expensive long-term future treatment plans..

It's so relaxing, and my skin always looks and feels amazing afterward. After such a great experience, I referred my mom to Allie for PRF ezGEL. My mom loved her so much that she's since gone back for Sculptra and Botox too. I have to admit, I had gotten Botox before, but I have horrible needle anxiety. I love the results, but I absolutely dread the appointments. I literally start sweating just walking through the door. I actually went two years without getting Botox because of it. My mom kept telling me I had to try Allie, and she was right. Allie is so patient. I know she's always booked back-to-back, but I've never once felt rushed. Instead of a typical waiting room, I was placed in a very cute "retreat room" while waiting for my appointment which had dim lighting and candles which was super relaxing! My injector was Britney and she was very knowledgeable. What I like about her is that she was more on the conservative side. She told me she starts with slightly less units for Asian skin due to higher sensitivity to the dysport and will add as needed during touch ups. I really appreciated this because I've had overdone Botox at other locations that froze my face too much or led to compensatory wrinkles from other places of my face. She also schedules complimentary touch up appointments in two weeks which I appreciated. She wasn't pushy at all and never tried to upsell me on anything even when I asked what other procedures could I do preventively, she said I had pretty good skin and should just stick with dysport and microneedling at my age (which I do). I appreciate that there's also a loyalty stamp program to get discounts! Now, I am a week from my injection and love my results!
