I picked up the vehicle on April 1. On April 6th, an independent mechanic found several issues that had not been addressed, including concerns with the O2 sensors, exhaust system, error codes, and worn tires. That evening while driving on the highway with my kids in the car multiple warning lights came on and the car began shaking while driving. We had to arrange towing back to the dealership at our own expense. While they did perform some repairs (including replacing the O2 sensors (these are brand new!), a follow-up inspection still showed that the exhaust will likely need replacement, the radiator was not actually new, and the Run-Flat tires had been repaired rather than replaced. Overall, the vehicle was not delivered in the condition promised, and we spent significant time arranging transportation and following up. I would strongly recommend having any vehicle independently inspected before purchase. Based on this experience, I would proceed with caution.

Alex and Anthony are two crooks caught Anthony joyriding my car around when they said it was being fixed no legitimate dealership does that ever he only gave me 1/3 of my money back because I had to have my brake lines fixed for $1600 and inquired legal fees, too, for my lawyers for getting caught for attaching plates that he put on the vehicle and told me it was all good. Don't ever deal with these people. They're a scum of the Earth and all they sell is junk. They are slimy scam artists who should all be in jail for ripping off my elderly grandmother on a Car deal and I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau after this. Don't listen to the Google reviews with their 4.1 stars because they're all fake reviews. The good reviews are I can already tell because Alex is a snake.

Both the owner and the junior guy inspected my car. The junior guy showed me the comps. I asked if could go higher based on the data points. He said it was out of his control and he needed to ask the owner who was helping a couple at the time. Was very happy with the whole process. On average, cars on their lot were at least $1,000 less than the dealerships I went to. I didn't feel like I needed to haggle, because price seemed very reasonable. Before I picked up the car, they had a mechanic change the oil. Mechanic suggested four new tires, and Malden put four new tires on for free. I can't recommend these guys enough, and I've bought many used cars over the years.
