So my wife and I went there on a Thursday night on a Groupon for axe throwing. The site was a bit off the beaten path and could use a bit of lighting outside after dark. We were the only ones there but it was nice inside with plenty of tables. The Facebook page indicated their would be food available but the staff let us know that was only at the Katy location. They did have some vending machines. Their axe throwing lanes were a little tight on spacing but not bad. I liked the games they have on the projector. They could probably spruce the place up a bit and maybe invite a food truck or too but BYOB and food is not bad. read more

Very unprofessional place. Staff yell and scream at kids. Scared the crap out of our kids and our kids were crying the whole time. Manager came and apologized when we brought this to his attention but damaged was done. My 6 yrs old had never cried in a arcade center. This was the first time. The place is ran with bunch if untrained teenagers who lack common sense. The teenager who was yelling at kids was peeping the guns for the game and was asking kids to stay away from the desk. He simply wouldn't understand that these kids are curious and want to see and they don't understand its to their benefit not to touch or approach your open desk. If you are working on items that have safety concerns, maybe you should do that out if sight , in a enclosed space where is not called A Public place. Your lack of empty , unprofessionalism and your aggressive behavior with kids, is not bc you are a teenager. There are teenagers who run the show in similar places. The problem is simply you and the manager who hired ir trained you. My kids had never asked me to never go back to a arcade place. Im personally shocked and disappointed. I wish these type of business to go out and newer one with better vision surface in our community. Sometimes being sorry doesn't cut it when you make a 6 years old cry for 30 mins and not every mom and dad is just going to end the situation with a verbal complaint. read more

The concept and space is great ! The staff is where this place gets a 1 star. There was one woman who was the only professional and polite one, she was so kind. There was a staff member walking around vaping, who had horrible body odor. He looked to be under the influence. The music selection was Trap Music. Maybe after 7 or 8 pm but out group was kids from the ages of 7-13. The two staff members assisting during the game time were extremely rude to our group of kids. They even used profanity. The attraction was not free a good amount of money for a group of 11 was paid and even if it was free, I wouldn't return. read more

An indoor paintball field, bring your own food and beverage and reserve the field for just you and yours? Great deal. Staff was super friendly and helpful and their business offers more entertainment options but we were too busy having fun shooting each other to notice. read more

Horrible experience on 8/26/23 at the Heights location. We booked a party (basic package of paintball, miniball, and laser tag) for 5pm and we had to wait an hour until we were able to play the first game. It was ridiculous that we had to wait so long to start. They said we had to wait for our rotation and we would be the 5th group to go. What????!?!? For a booked party reservation? 2 other customers had been there for hours and were complaining about how long it was taking to play the games. Once we played the first game, we would have to go back into rotation and wait for the next game...but new people were coming in so we would be number 6 or 7 next. It was excruciatingly long for the wait and ended up being there for 2-1/2 hrs just to play 3 games. Each game was less than 10 min each, which seemed waaaay to short for a game. So not only were the wait times long, the efficiency of running the place was so horribly managed. Since there is only one room they use to play paintball, mini ball, and laser tag, it would make sense to gear up each group while the previous group was playing. That way, as soon as the first group was done, the next group would be ready to go in and play. They didn't do this at all. Instead, they waited for the previous group to finish, gathered all the gear and unload it. There would also be stragglers who didn't turn in their gear. So THEN, they pull out the equipment for the next game and prepare it, such as loading up the paintball in the paint gun, or filling up the little plastic bottle for the miniball, etc. But mind you, the battle room is completely empty while all this is happening. And prepping the equipment seems to take them a good 10 min...the employees certainly were not rushing. Oh it was so frustrating to see how slow they were and how inefficient with time they were. And the room was empty when another group could be playing. And finally, the equipment was so subpar. Half the miniball guns did not work bc they weren't charged up enough, too worn down, the bullets kept falling out, etc. The laser tag guns were so-so and very dirty and greasy. The paintball guns were average and some of the guns kept running out of air too fast. And some jammed a lot. So overall, I was so disappointed and not satisfied with everything about this place. DO NOT GO. Not worth it and expensive for such horrible experience. read more

Laser tag on another level. If you have the space to do this at your home then don't hesitate - you won't be disappointed. My son (13) wanted to go to a laser tag place but when I looked up mobile laser tags, I found AGR sports and Alex was quite responsive and answered all my questions. Don't only look at this as an option for small kids, even teenagers can have fun - I also had to pay to extend the party as well for another game as the kids had such a good time. Even the girls played, not only the boys. The equipment Alex uses is quite different and quite modern and fully electronic\computerized - probably a notch better than you would have from a place. He also gave me a video in the end so my son has the memory of his 13th birthday. Very good option if you're planning a laser tag party. read more

We had Alex out to setup a Laser Tag course for my son's 8th Birthday Party. The kids had a blast and the parents were jealous! The setup was quick, he came prepared to put the course together in our designated space and was ready on time for the kids to start playing. Alex gave them directions, took care of creating the teams and prepped them with their gear. His tear down was equally as efficient when our time was up. I was pretty skeptical about these guys. I've seen laser tag before and it's pretty much the same equipment everywhere. What AGR Sports got is much different than what I have seen. The guns look like real guns and actually have recoil. The games are also fun. You should definitely try them! read more
