These guys are thieves. We did a large job for them and the admitted they spent our money before paying us for the labor. We have proof that the GC paid them but they spent the money and will not pay. We are pursuing legal action against them. Jack, Bronson and Wayne are all thieves and I wouldn't trust them with anything. Run, run as far as you can because these guys are in a deep debt and they will use your back, your blood, your sweat and everything that you have to get themselves out of it. AGT installed our backyard turf in 2022 and we did the front yard turf in 2023. Overall pleased with the work. After a few months, the front yard turf developed two sunken areas as the DG settled. AGT claims a lifetime warranty but it's been over a year trying to get in touch with them to fix these two sunken areas. I can no longer get in contact with any of their representatives. Would appreciate if they could come by to add more DG and fix these two sunken spots. read more

I do not recommend this company. They lack communication, professionalism, and installation skills. They didn't update the ETA for the workers when they were running late. Different workers came to finish the job the next day and we weren't informed of that, so we had to explain to the new workers what to do. Shouldn't the same people finish the job for more professionalism and quality? They did not follow what we wanted for turf and plant borders and said different stories. But we had clearly communicated beforehand how we wanted it done. Worker were not competent planting the plants/irrigation. I expected them to measure accurately between the plants but they said they would "eyeball" it and I had to help with the measurements. They were also not knowledgeable for irrigation and asked me if I wanted the hose under the dirt. How and I supposed to know that? Turns out that hose should be above the dirt and below the rocks. It was an emotional and stressful 3-4 days of installation constantly going back and forth to discuss the issues. Turf installation was okay, but I saw in the corners they didn't do well on the weed barrier. They cut too much. They said they'll fix it but all they did was to move the turf direction to cover the area that's not well covered. Not surprisingly weeks later those corners that they didn't do a good job on had lots of weed growing... I understand that we have to take care of weed that will stick out in the corners, but it is a little too much and they didn't clarify with us when the job was finished. Some parts don't have weed at all which means they installed it better than the parts that have too much weed. The owner was fast with responding to my text but wish he could have better communication and hire competent workers. We only chose to go with this company because of the 12 months no interest monthly payments. Other than that reason, for the quality and professionalism of their work, I do not recommend this company. This was a big investment for us and wish we chose a different company for our home. I'm giving 2 stars because the owner did listen to all my concerns and helped fix the problems. read more

Jack was a consummate professional, explained all of our options, provided guidance on adding an additional drainage hole to address a common water pooling problem post rains, and scheduled our job very quickly. We paid $6,500. We turned an unused side yard area into a dual dog run (they put down pet deodorizer under the gravel) , and athletic turf for my husband's weighted Rogue sled to pull. Jack took video of the entire meeting and the resulting agreement. Tony and his crew leveled everything out, cut and brushed it all down nicely! They even took a few wheelbarrows of the existing decomposed granite onto the other side of our yard walkway to fill in the eroded area. Did everything in one full day and a third of the next. Followed instructions and made sure to preserve some of our existing lush front lawn by going around the long pathway. We are looking into solar screens as our windows are west facing just in case the grass overheats by summertime! Do NOT hire this company!!!! This company does not even deserve that one star. We hired this company back in September, a year ago and they were quick to respond and come out. The quick response is probably because they just want o ur money. We were told that the turf would prevent the weeds from growing. The whole reason we went this route is because our neighborhood has horrible weed problem. Sure enough a few month later we see weeds growing through the turf. It took them SEVERAL MONTHS to send someone to correct this problem (and by that it was just someone weeding). They sent one worker twice to weed and spray chemicals to stop the weed but the third time the worker agreed that something isn't right and that they'd have to redo everything. We've now been waiting over 2 months now for someone to come and redo our yard! They were suppose to come this past Sunday but of course like we've heard many times they had to reschedule. They did such a horrible job with the weed barrier. We haven't touched the weeds because they asked to see it all. It's been months of us waiting for the company to send workers to redo everything! We have yet to hear back from anyone at this office to get answers! I just want my money back so I can hire a more competent company! We recently had our side yard and walkway to our back yard done by AGT and they disappointed us. Although the end result looks ok, the horrible customer service by the project manager, made us no longer want to do business with them on our bigger project. We were supposed to start the job on a Tuesday, the project manager Hunter stated that due to delays, our job needs to start Wednesday, then we were told it would not start until Thursday but it rained. Then we were told it would not start until Friday but it rained that day, then we were told Saturday , however on Saturday after calling the project manager we received no response ( they already had our deposit) by late Saturday we got a hold of the project manager and we ask for our money back but Hunter stated please give them till Sunday and they will make sure it all gets done in 1 day and that they would arrive at 8am. Sunday arrives and 8 am arrives and no one shows. The crew came at 10am and worked for 1.5 hours, but did not have the supplies they should have had since last Tuesday and had to leave and go get it. They were gone for 4 hours (Ridiculous) arrived back and started working but because they started so late, they did not finish the job, so they had to come back on Monday. On Monday they arrived 30 minutes late, however completed the job but the pavers leading to my gate were not leveled so some of the pavers move and are not solid. Hunter knew of our disappointment but made no attempts of giving us a discount on this job or a credit back and had the audacity to ask if we will use them for our bigger job and would give me a discount for that. Horrible customer service. Although it turned out decent, and the actual installers were nice (even willing to work with me with a translator since I only spoke English and Hunter who does speak English was never there to inform them of the design I wanted) it could have been better and was rushed and a 1 day job took almost a week. BEWARE!!! The price and install may seem like a good deal. But they don't stand behind their work. I had issues with my irrigation sprinklers after install which resulted in my planters not getting watered. They told me it wasn't their fault, even when I mentioned the installer broke an irrigation line during the process and never tested the system after the install. I did hours of my own troubleshooting and told them where the problem was. But they didn't agree and said it wouldn't fix my problem. They believed my irrigation lines broke or separated under my concrete I had to hire someone else to fix the problem they created to remove part of the turf and fix a irrigation line they had thought they capped correctly. It was a 1 hour fix. Their website states - "Satisfaction guarantee" "If your not happy, we'll do whatever it takes to make it right ". FALSE ADVERTISING. They don't stand by that. Two companies came to the home with samples and did some measuring. AGT was one of the companies who sent a representative to our home. Hunter and my husband went over information and looked at the samples. We were able to negotiate a little with our cost and AGT also had information on an interest free (12 month) loan. We set a date and yesterday, in less than 7 hours, the front yard was transformed. I have seen many artificial lawns but I think ours looks like real grass.
