I stopped in during my lunch break to transfer the title for my motorcycle and was expecting it to take much longer than it did. The woman who helped me was extremely friendly, professional, and walked me through the entire process step-by-step. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and she had me back out the door with enough time to actually enjoy lunch before heading back to work. It was a weekday afternoon and it was fairly busy, but efficient. I took a number for each of the things I needed and waited for my number to be called. I had to go to several different windows, meet with multiple people, show some paperwork, pay, get a photo taken, get another photo taken, etc... This stuff wasn't fun, but it wasn't horrible either. I did feel a bit like I was in squid games waiting for my number to be called and then not knowing how many more times I would have to wait to go to another window, etc... In the end it all worked out and I now have a real ID and a new registration. You will pay a bit of a surcharge by going her vs the DMV, but I have a feeling it saved me a good amount of time as well. I wish you luck getting your stuff done if you end up here as well!

If you don't mind that then no problem. The lines move pretty quickly as well, that alone tells you that they know what they are doing and how to get people moving along. You're basically paying for convenience. The question is, Is it worth it?
