Barak was our project manager, and I really appreciated that I could reach out to him whenever I had a question or concern. He was responsive and worked with us to make sure things were addressed along the way. Josh and Ariel were also helpful throughout the project. I especially want to recognize Oscar and Wilmer for all of their hard work. They spent a great deal of time in our home and really cared about the finished product. They were respectful of our home, easy to work with, and patient when I had questions or wanted to go over a detail. Rene also did a great job with his part of the project. Like any large remodel, there were a few things along the way that needed to be worked through, but what mattered to me was that A2Z listened and took care of them. I had a unique issue that required a structural engineer evaluation, which was included in the bid. Lalo and Daner arrived as scheduled to do the crawl space and had to alter the original plan a bit. They completed the project in two days (original estimate was three) and everything was left clean. They were friendly, polite and seemed to genuinely care about making sure I was satisfied. They came back out 3 times to work on the various issues that should have been taken care of at the start. We asked them to help us set our humidifier to keep the floors in good shape, which they did, however; filler and cracks started to work their way out around 9 months after the job. After a year there are large cracks after having the previous refinish last for 9 years. I finally got a hold of them after 2 months of texting//calling and their solution was to ask if they could give us a quote to refinish them again. I've had WestPro come quote the same job twice, once in 2023 and once in 2025. It was two very…read moredifferent experiences to the point of being hard to believe it's the same company. The job is for removal and replacement of soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts on a 1-story ranch with 200 linear feet of gutters. In 2023 a woman came out, did the walk through and then sent me a quote with details about the materials, a cost breakdown for each part of the project - quantity and cost for removal of gutters, removal of downspouts, installation of gutters, installation of downspouts. It was very professional (I work with contractors and job bids for a living) and provided all the necessary details of the cost. In 2023 they refused to address the soffit and fascia so I declined to move forward with them. In 2025 a man came out, did the walk through and then insisted on setting up a follow up appointment to walk through the project quote. I did not receive the info packet ahead of time and was disappointed by what I received - a detailed project description for siding work (presumably for the soffits and fascia but the material was specific to siding installation which isn't relevant to either of those locations) with no scoped quote for any aspect of the project. There were no details of the materials to be used or breakdown of the cost specifics. The dollar amounts were hand written into a spec sheet of "good / better / best" (photo attached because I don't even know what to call it, it's definitely not a job quote). I understand that materials costs have changed significantly and the job might cost more today than two years ago, but if you're going to waste my time with a second meeting to quote the job, actually quote the job. So your experience with WestPro may entirely depend upon the person you randomly end up with as your project coordinator. Homeowner be wary. I'll update this review when I've heard back with legit quotes and decisions on a path forward. For now it's a very unimpressed meh.

I texted on May 23rd saying I had not heard from the technician. I never did hear from the technician, and no one came on the 25th. No follow-up from the company. On June 3rd I texted them again saying I had not heard from them, but we still wanted to do it. Rescheduled for Monday June 9th. On the preceding Friday they asked if we could move it to Tuesday the 10th. I said fine. On Tuesday morning they told me it would not work for them that day, and that they would knock $100 off the price in consideration of the repeated inconvenience and come on Wednesday, today, the 11th. Today, no show and no call. It is now 27 days after my original contact and this work has still not been done. I'm going to have to find someone else.
