I didn't realize they had a little parking lot so I parked on the street and walked around until it was time to go inside. Please keep in mind to get to the entrance it is a fair amount of stairs, I am unsure if there is there an elevator or not. The office doesn't open until 9 but I was booked for 9 am and knew I had to come in a little early to sign the medical documents. The very kind receptionist was happy to see me at 8:50 am and helped me to sign the documents. She kindly brought me water while I waited for the esthetician to be ready. My consultation with the esthetician made me feel cared about as she took in my skin concerns and products I use. Sometimes during this process at other spas, one can feel judgement for their personal routine but she was so kind and genuinely wanted to make sure I had a good routine. She had excellent techniques and my skin was so clean and hydrated. She did give me extractions that I was nervous about but I know I needed it, she had the perfect touch to my skin as she was trying to make it as painless as possible for me. At the end she gave me some recommendations for my future skincare and I hope to see her again soon so she can reassess my skin again. Overall I had a great experience and would love to book again.

I have worked in the aesthetic industry and have a medical background. My passion for this industry would prompt me to occasionally visit other practices/providers (though Torrey has always been my primary) in order to experience their touted unique injection techniques and new anti-aging modalities, etc. Generally, what I'd experience was simply creative marketing and nothing new in the way of technique or gadgets. Regardless of her expertise, Torrey is ridiculously humble. The compassion she exudes is almost palpable - you'll see. Whenever I'd come back to her with an over-filled face, or something funky that someone else had done, she would never judge and would always be delicate with her words. The truth is, this woman wants you to walk out of her office feeling better about yourself - regardless of how easy it would be to slam another provider, or capitalize on a desperate situation. She won't do that. What Torrey offers goes beyond her impressive skillset and experience in the industry, and taps into beauty that can't be achieved via any procedure. And while Torrey likely doesn't need the advertisement, as she has a very loyal following, I'd be remiss to not share my experience with others. Lastly, I truly appreciate that Torrey strives for a natural look, and will not perform outlandish procedures (or over-fill) just because it's trendy or might line her pockets. If you are looking for a safe, competent, experienced and compassionate provider, you will find that in Torrey. After stepping away from aesthetics for the last few years, to work on my self-love game, I slowly watched my fillers (from a different provider) migrate down my face and settle into the lower and lateral cheek. I went from Kardashian to Cat-lady in a few years time (taking photos along the way). When I approached the provider who injected this larger quantity of filler (with no finger-pointing, as filler migration is no one's fault), he responded with a (and this is paraphrasing) "I don't want to deal with this". Sight unseen (in response to my "I made a mess of my face" message), do you want to know what Torrey's response to me was? "We will come up with a game-plan for you" - and we did. Love you, Torrey! You're a gem.
