I am sure the Doctor of this place is incredibly as he came highly recommended. However, I had the worst customer service experience by the frontline who supposedly speaks to his customers. Called today nicely my call was hung up on while leaving a message. Then when I got a call back instead of 'how can I help you' I was greeted by a bitter voice in the other end with 'you called'? Taken it back all I said was 'wanted to ask about your services?' Again hoping for a welcoming response but I got a shot 'injury' with no follow-up to help. I said thank you and hung up. I am in awe. I was referred to Elton by two different people. We noticed when we made the calls. Well they were not wrong, definitely felt pain relief. The service from making the appt to the end was a 10/10. I personally have been suffering with lower back pain and back and neck spasms. Elton was clear on what can be done. I have had three sessions with shock wave therapy with Alex. The pressure was perfect and I saw and felt inflammation diminish and in some areas disappear. I can move again freely, cleaning the house is easier and the best part a finally had a goodnight rest. Not a good experience for me - ( my 8 days later pain is writing this review) I was there a total of 11min including filling out the paper work and the brief-wait. ( that was a the good part) I went in for lingering shoulder pain ( 2 weeks -now 3) while on vaca and was suggested by a family members to give you a try. My pain increased 30 min after leaving your "treatment" and now 8 days later I'm in worse pain. Before I left they asked my level of pain - I said 6 - they asked dull or sharp- I said dull- reply- put ice on it/ pay the lady at the door! Suggest: maybe taking more time with your clients- I'm not a prevey to how this works- im not a medical or homeopathic expert - I did not question that they were quick to assume - I guess that's on me? - they asked how- I said I fell a couple of weeks ago-and what area is my injury effecting. Never once looked at my back/lower shoulderblade - where the pain is - just pulled on my wrist and collar bone- pain doubled within 30 min of leaving - Positive: Accommodations - got me in same day. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Negitives: Had to go get "cash" and you don't make change- ( I didn't have the cash app you take and i live out if state lacking my bank info to set up) and I did not get any relief- 2 stars is for the quick accommodations , and friendly staff. Note: Again I'm on vacation and from out of state so was limited to options. Maybe this has something to do with my experience???? I totally recommend seeing Elton if you are experiencing pain. I was having major shoulder pain and could barely lift my arm up. After one session I was able to lift my arm over my head. Elton also informed me that my shoulder blade was out and he was able to put it back in place. I experienced pain daily with my shoulder and shoulder blade. I went a Couple of days ago because I had a torn muscle. Someone on my soccer team recommended this place because they helped him with is knee pain. So I went, and the office and staff were very nice. But when it was my turn to get treated, the doctor came in and asked me what was wrong. I told him that my right lower back hurts after playing soccer. He told me to lay down and then he proceeded to crack his finger on my back and says that the sound is from the nerve knots in my back.
