I like to see variety in my cuts, and I want a hairdresser who is willing to take some chances - I don't want to dictate EXACTLY what I want when I sit down in the chair. They are very personable and also will take the time to discuss your hair and what would look best for you. They act like they are happy and want to do your hair and not like they are just doing it because it's their job.
