Since first seeing him, I moved to Providence, RI - and I still make regular trips to the salon to see JohnPaul for my cuts. Finding a good short-hair stylist for women is HARD. I tried multiple salons, all over Providence - but realized that no one could hold a candle to JohnPaul. I like to see variety in my cuts, and I want a hairdresser who is willing to take some chances - I don't want to dictate EXACTLY what I want when I sit down in the chair. Again, out of convenience, I went somewhere else closer to home on a weekend, and left in tears. As soon as that awful cut grew out, I went back to Haley, and she fixed it in a jiffy. At 81 years old, I wanted a short pixie cut with fringed bangs. First, I was given a relaxing hair shampoo with some scalp message with a thorough rinse (which some stylists don't do) and a keratin treatment I had requested.
