I have experienced unprofessional handling of another paid order, and only after repeated complaints was a refund issued. Most recently, I requested new work, only to be told that their equipment is out of order and that they had no idea when defective equipment would be repaired, if at all. I feel that this is their new excuse for their questionable work product due to my previous complaints. Additionally, I requested they return my professional artwork. Unfortunately, the waste shrunk 2" plus beyond what I experienced in the store. I brought them back in to share with the sales associate, who informed me this style of jean is 100% cotton and subject to shrinkage. 2" is beyond any concept of normal shrinkage, especially around the waste. If the first associated had informed me they "might" shrink, I certainly would have sized up, but he did not. Boot Barn does not take jeans back that have been washed (shrunk). Overall fail. Not shopping at Boot Barn any longer.

There are also fitting rooms to try on what you please, although you must ask an associate for assistance to unlock said rooms. Everything is neat, organized, and put away nicely. As far as service, do keep in mind the area this store is located can offer some unprecedented persons into the store that associates have to deal with. Upon first walking in associates may seem a little "rude", but keep a friendly face and they will loosen up. In doing so I was able to be helped in finding the same exact shoe I was looking for but instead on sale for more than half the price. I would come back again.

They had the shirt, they had the pants and I wasn't sure if the cargo pants were the right cargo pants. What I had listed was cargo pants with a brand number. I couldn't find the brand number but it was listed as cargo pants. I spoke with the youngest guy working there and he wasn't sure. He checked with someone else and then checked online for me. What I was looking for is the industrial Dickies cargo pants that they don't sell. He showed me how to find them online and I appreciated that. Most places might be lazy and just try to take your business since your paper says exactly what they sell, which was cargo pants. Going above and beyond saved me from issues later and so 5 star service. The prices aren't bad and lower than most of the places I'd look. I just need to be frugal right now and get the best deal but I'll be shopping here in the future.

I've got some really cool players signatures on it, but have avoided the back because I wanted to get two large Pink Ribbons on the back of the jersey. The measurement was 4" of the embroidery work and I was told that I needed to pay a setup fee, which I was willing to pay. It took me a few weeks to get my jersey back to the store, but when I did, I was told that someone had already paid the setup fee and that I didn't need to pay that after all. What they didn't tell me was that it would not be the size I wanted. In fact, it wasn't even half the size!!! Then I was told that it would take a week to 10 days to complete it. It took well over a month. Then I was asked about placement of the ribbons. I told them in the center. They were not centered and toward the top. I was also told that I would be texted when the jersey was done. But all communications were done via email only which further delayed the work because I get over 200 emails a day and literally had to search for the communications. They said that they could redo the work, but that I would have to pay the setup fee. And likely wait another 6 weeks for my jersey? No thanks. Now I need to find another embroidery company to see if they can fix this. This has been a horrible experience for me.
