Rosa at the front desk was incredibly kind and compassionate, she truly understood my situation and welcomed me in immediately. The entire experience was exceptional. I felt no pain from the injections and no pain during the extraction itself. I honestly couldn't believe it. At one point I even asked, "Is it all done?" -- and when he said "Yes," I was so relieved I started laughing. The tooth was severely infected, and extraction was the only option, but the process was completely smooth and stress-free. Got several calls from CC (and I keep getting them) asking to pay my bill. I never had to physically pay a bill with my previous dentist. Dentist recommended treatments that were over $100. I felt like it was a scare tactic. I didn't feel those recommendations were necessary. Hygienist numbed my whole mouth for the cleaning. Never had that done before. I was desperate to get my tooth repaired so my co-worker recommended CC. I'll probably do one more cleaning then look for another dentist.
