I was told by Tower Dental I needed a crown replacement due to a cavity underneath. i have left several messages for over a month and someone finally answered and was going to call me back ASAP! Been over two weeks still not a word!. they walked me through (as I was in the chair) how to give a good rating last time I got treatment. I wish I would've waited!!! I just moved back into town and I really needed to find a dentist that I could trust feel safe with and hoped that there be a consultation before anything, would be started, Not, I got to my appointment, The receptionist Rude and very unprofessional, umwelcoming. I should have walked out, still remaining optimistic, I went ahead and filled out 3 pages of personal info & waited in an empty waiting room for 30 minutes past my appointment time. Finally called back there was one person in the entire dental office receiving services they were laying at rest. The dental assistant walk me to the X-ray area and had me sit in a chair that was broken & sticky and started to x-ray my mouth and didn't put the lead vest over me, you won't need it. She took 4 or 5, said okay you're done then another assistant came over and said that's the wrong machine so I had to have another whole set of X-rays done of my mouth, she walked me to an exam room and I went straight for the mirror to try to put the diamond back in my nose, oddly the dentist walked in fast I said oh I'm sorry and I sat right down he stuck one finger in my mouth moved one cheek barely to one side, ask the dental assistant what my insurance was and then looked at her and said 2 weeks we'll need to get approval, 2 weeks, that was now 9 weeks ago on 3/18/26 I've heard nothing. I called days ago May 8, 26 left a vm, its now been 9 weeks, please me a call and let me know when I can schedule my next appointment still no call. I called my insurance company and found out, yep they billed my insurance for xrays and this so called exam, 2 mins from Dr Saleem, I guess thats his name, I has to look on line because, he didnt say hello Im Dr Saleem. I wouldn't refer anybody or send my worst enemy to this place and anybody says that they're getting good care probably just doesn't know any different read more

Their care is excellent. I have extra long tooth roots and they handled my situation professionally. I got some pain and said a bad word and they were awesome! Now I'm taking my two kids there because I trust them. The tech that shaped my tooth and the dentist have good hands, like nail girls, when their hands are good on tiny things. Great Dr here. I have gone to other dentist to get a possible second or third opinion. I always come running right back here. I've gone to wisdom teeth location next to tower dentals new location and I must say; horrible experience. This location does the same work, and are a lot more considerate of everyone's time. The hospitality here is beyond. The new office is beautiful. The front desk has been a lot more professional and represent the office well. The office is maintained welled even at the old location it was always well kept and clean. They have always taken care of me; although front desk did have some work to help the overall environment thrive and make clients happy would just be the polishing of soft skills. This was a referral visit for my adult daughter, whom needed extractions and I am happy she found him. Dr. Rami was great with her. The level of patience and understanding was out of this world. He tried and worked with her work schedule and made sure he made time even during his lunch to squeeze her in that afternoon. She has a lot of apprehension when it comes to dentists. beware, dont go here! my family loves the doctor but not his office staff. after keeping their books full for 8+years with visit from the diaz family and several other foster children they are no longer accepting myself or my son as patients. my son has only went to this dentist since 5 years old, hes 13 yrs old now! ive taken my daughter here up until recently, since she is now on her own. maria the front office "manager" claims my son had several missed visits. hes an ortho patient who has had several extraction here. finally last year doctor referred him out to unique orthodontics and we were able to get the ball rolling on his braces. if you are familiar, you know its cructial to keep all your appointments. i scheudled a cleaning and was told my son had to have his wires removed, which we did. we arrive for the cleaning just for them to tell us he need be seen with the specialist the following day. waste of time if the appointment scheudled was for the cleaning. i called them and advised why did we come in for a cleaning if a cleaning was not going to be done, they gave me some bs excuse. i spoke to maria and told her processes and what is going to be done needs to be explained so we know what is being done. this was their way of not dealing with me as a parent or patient, she did not take the constructive critisium that was given. she has failed as an office manager and is failing her front office assistance. she is taking money from doctor pockets by no accepting us as patients anymore. bottom line is they all need more education; they need more training; they need more phone etiquettes! read more

Love the fact that they schedule you to be seen within days and they take the time to get to know you! I had 2 root canals done, 2 wisdom tooth extractions and a filling all completed within a month and a half time frame (that includes the 2 week waiting time for my permanent crowns to come in) I will definitely be returning for cleanings and any other dental needs read more

I had posted a negative review and I would like to update my review. My prior review wasn't fair and was written in the heat of the moment. I had a more positive experience that I would like to share. I wasn't due for a cleaning till next March but it was imperative that I be able to see the dentist. I called the office and explained my situation and they were more than accommodating to schedule me two days later. I went in the day of my appointment and I was seen and heard of my concerns and I was able to get a cleaning. They listened and I will recommend this office to others. However, upon my arrival today, I noticed a sign indicating that the staff was on lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. I wonder if it would be possible to provide a waiting area for patients during their appointments, especially on hot days like this, rather than having them stand in the sun. I hope that my presence won't be met with any difficulty since I prefer not to stand in the scorching sun while the staff takes their hour-long lunch break. In consideration of smoother operations, I recommend maintaining coverage, perhaps with one person available from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and another from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, ensuring that the office remains open during business hours. It might also be beneficial to clearly communicate lunchtime closures in the business hours to prevent confusion. No one wants to wait outside with no bench for a scheduled appointment. read more

Only when to get a tooth pulled they didn't do it so I went to another office for the pulling. I have been in severe pain since I have been there they don't care my temporary cap fell off I had to go to emergency 3 times the dentist told me he could do a root canal and save my tooth so I did it know he said he didn't do a root canal. His work on me dint last after fillings that only stayed on 3 weeks now I'm in very, very, bad pain. The office girls are nice but when you get in the back it changes. I liked prior owners. New dentist purchased as of June 2018. My insurance paid for them to complete a root canal and crown for family member. Crown did not fit so he drilled almost all the porcelain off and ground tooth above. Still had pain even though Tower insisted nothing wrong. Root canal incomplete per xrays from new dentist. Dentist will not retract claim and return money to insurance to get fixed properly. Sent demand letter and complained to dental board and insurance. Dentist will not even come out of office to discuss. Would rather keep money than admit mistake and be honorable. Dental board and insurance said take him to court. read more

Worst fucking dentist ever I had an abscess and he prescribed the same antibiotic 2x and it wasnt working so I had to go to ER to get amoxicillin which he should have gave me in the first place , went back for a crown but didn't get it because the tooth he was supposed to crown broke and he said theee was nothing he could do , he didn't even pull the broken tooth, I'm so furious read more

1st visit: I made an appointment specifically to have a filling replaced. After a very long wait both in the waiting room and in the chair, I had a rather enjoyable exam. The dentist "Dr Mary", was very personable and thorough. Dr Mary then went to a different room and did not return. I was told that she would not have time to do my filling that day and I should make an appointment right away because her schedule fills up quickly. I overlooked the super dingy office and the annoyance of having to come back when I had already invested 2 hours. I really liked the dentist and this office was very close to my home. 2nd visit: I arrived on time and waited 2 hours before they called me back. I was told in a rude way that I need to pay them before the work was done. I had to get back to my baby and they did not know if the dentist would be done with my one filling in 45 minutes, as she was still working on several other patients at the time.
