My hygienist was great she was careful during my cleaning and explained everything very well, after my cleaning however I waited for like 30 mins in the lobby before checking out, it wasn't until my hygienist came back out noticed me and then came to tell me that she was told I had a credit on my account and I was good to go, she apologized for the long wait. I would have appreciated if the checkout/ front desk personnel would have informed me sooner. read more

Been a bit since I had done a review for this place, as I have been here many times since. The bad: Seems that turnover here is quite high. Rarely have I gotten the same dentist or hygienist so you don't really feel a connection. After my cleaning today, was told I had to wait for 3D scans. The tech that did this didn't explain the purpose other than this is new and done annually. Not a comfortable experience. Not sure why they make you sit in the waiting area after you are done, though I suspect it's because they want to be sure if you owe money, they will get paid before you are "dismissed." Prior to be dismissed today, I asked to get a calendar reminder for my appointment 6 months from now. Was told they text reminders and they can give me a card with the details and "I can put it manually in my own calendar." Showed her my reminder I received just this week that I inputted into my Outlook calendar. She literally rolled her eyes and said "we don't control automated reminders!!! The good: The hygienist I had today was really good. The employees here are typically nice and professional (today was an exception of the eye rolling receptionist). read more

Great experience as a new patient. The front desk very friendly and helpful. Fast service, I was seen within minutes of arriving. I can't remember the young lady's name but she made the experience smooth from the jaw scan to the X-rays. Jacobson one of the dental providers. Did extremely sloppy work. On my denture she left dental solution that dried and food would get underneath. Terrible. She did not take the time to remove the excess. Care quality was not good. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

Been coming here for over 5 years, I'm disappointed to say the quality of drs has gone down. They have lost so many good drs. My last visit was the worst experience I've had there. The new dr had fillings done on me and wow, I literally felt like my brain was being drilled. Had my mouth opened for over an hour which was the most unpleasant and uncomfortable feeling. My jaws hurt so bad. Not only was it uncomfortable but I swear after all the drilling she did. She told me that my tooth was cracked, well no kidding it probably cracked from the drilling you did. Last thing they ended up charging me more than planned. Needless to say I'm finally leaving this place! read more

I went in for a cleaning and exam. After the X-Rays the hygienist went to upsell the cleaning using a laser for an extra $100. Delta Dental won't pay extra for cleaning with lasers so I refused the add on. Dr.Tapia said I needed 4 crowns but he would only do it if I purchased one of their custom made hard night guards for $587. I had some doubts about this so I called Delta Dental and found it also was not a covered benefit so it was no deal and we cancelled my restoration. They are nice people but I urge Yelpers watch out for their financial practices. read more

Seems like every time I go they find some way to make sure I'm paying for something out of pocket. Today the hygienist did fluoride on my teeth without asking me and I was charged 20 dollars. Every time it's something different. Overall a clean place but often feels like they'll do anything for a money grab. read more

I've been wanting and waiting to leave a better review but after (still) coming here for several years hoping things would change for the better they've consistently have NOT changed for the better. Every time you come here, rather it be just for a teeth cleaning or to see DDS or DMD Your going to get someone different every single time. Still after all my efforts to explain this to them nothing ever changes, been coming here for several years now... (as per previous review) they still don't get it. And if you're someone like me with a phobia of the dentist, you're never gonna get comfortable here (because you never know who you're gonna get to work on your teeth) They also send you out if you need a root canal. They also don't offer sedative dentistry. (Which figures because employees come and go there too often). Ive been getting my teeth cleaned twice a year and there's never been the same dental hygienist I've requested working there when I come back, so trying to feel comfortable requesting the person I saw last isn't going to happen here. Even though I tell them this every single time I come still don't get the same person after expressing this to them every single time . Nor do I get the same doctor (DDS) so don't ever get comfortable here because unfortunately that's not gonna happen here. Also I had a teeth cleaning appointment scheduled for 1/22/25 same day I had a root canal appointment... when I called and left a message to reschedule and I explained it was because I had a root canal appointment scheduled that day. They returned my call saying they got a voice message and asked if I'd like to reschedule for 1/22/25 (the same date I was canceling) Really!? They didn't hear my massage??? Another thing that happened to me was, I had a receding gumline and they sent me out to another Dentist (go figure) for a very expensive out of pocket procedure when my coworker went for the same thing and they treated her there and it was covered under the same insurance we both have. (Different DDS dentist she saw at Willow Dental of course)... the one I got that time apparently was in cahoots with with outside dentist firm who charged me thousands dollars out of pocket. Which was. ANOTHER (upsetting concern) I had expressed to them... but I always get the feeling they don't care because they never get to know you after all the years I've been going there! & STILL have failed to flag my chart of my concerns. UPDATE NOTE: TO "Business Customer Service Representative" TRACEY A. First Id like to reply to your reply that (your first sentence statement reply) doesn't sound very compassionate for my concerns. Like for example: "I'm sorry you're feeling this way". Second of all, I've been coming here for many years so... and I've expressed this to all of your staff for ALL the years I've been coming here (every single time I come in). And nothing has ever changed for me, so apparently my chart never got flagged (?) even though every visit I've expressed this (?) It's probably because I see some one new every single time I come in and I'm told the person I liked or saw last doesn't work there anymore. I'm not trying to be mean just being honest. I also want to add that I referred a lot of people to Willow Dental (because you guys offered a $40 dental credit for both myself and the new referral). All those people I referred that became a patient there, theyve expressed to me they have the same concern too. Just a heartfelt honest review. Since my words and concerns as a patient that I've ALWAYS expressed in person every single visit were never heard. There is no consistency, care for others time, and delayed care with this doctors office. Been going here for 2 years and have never seen the same doctor. I had an appointment today to see the doctor and not only was I told I could not see him (at an appointment that was made months in advance) but to come back later in the day (this was after i refused to come back the following week for a 5 minute consultation), completely disregarding anything else I had scheduled that day. I've also been told that I've had treatment pending for the past year and this my first time being made aware of this. Treatment that could have been taken care of A YEAR AGO.
