It looked great…read more The color and shading was almost perfect but unfortunately the Eyebrows didn't match one didn't have as much of an arch so I came back to have you fix it. I specifically mentioned to you do not do them dark. And after you made the corrections you went even darker that didn't take the ink and looked faded on top. You can clearly see in the picture. For what people pay you I think you should have redone it no charge. I called you several times complaining and never once offered to fix it.

This can be hard to do, especially since I have ethnic hair and about a decade of vivids, henna color, and other experiments in my hair. I came in with blue and purple fun hair. This is my hair after two sessions and she's done a great job delivering on Grey blending. She found an ashy beige that would work with blending in with my silvers. She really understands color.
