It has been such a great experience with Mrs. Mia from Naturalistic Brows! She is an inspiration and success story of going for what you want/love in life and making it work. Her personality, like many of the other reviews here will confirm, is warm and inviting. She makes you feel like you're visiting a good friend who just so happens to be doing your eyebrows/lips/or other. Besides for lashes and lamination I've done my eyebrows and lips with her so far. I'm pretty sure based on the quality and skill level she possesses I've convinced myself to get eyeliner done next that's how comfortable she's made everything. What made me choose Mia from the rest was her confidence that she had that she could deliver a service that would surpass the rest. I loved that she has many before and after photos that show her completed and healed clients end results so you aren't just seeing the result before it's even settled. I came in here a couple of months ago inquiring about taking Mia's powder brow course and she seemed extremely knowledgeable in what she does and passionate about it. I told her that I might have to wait because I couldn't afford to take her in person course at the time and she recommended that I take her online course because it was slightly cheaper and more in my budget and I am so glad that I did! The course is very thorough and probably the best one out there! Despite me not having the money to take her course right away, she still answered any questions that I had, and mentored me and is so kind, I was certified but by a different brow artist, and still needed to learn more, because I just felt not so confident going into the PMU industry, but she helped me and motivated me to do it and be better, not many people would go out of their way to help a stranger the way she has helped me, I'm glad I met her and invested in her online course, because she has been beyond helpful, I know she will be a mentor to me forever. read more

This is a review on her Mentorship/Training services. I believe the hardest part about starting your own business is having a support system, a mentor, & proper training. Yes you have to invest in yourself and you do have to pay money to get training but you also have to realize that there are those who aren't going to train you properly and who just want your money. As a newer artist the training you get is IMPERATIVE! As someone who did online training first I would NEVER recommend it for a brand new artist. Maybe if you already have make up experience but if you have absolutely no background in the beauty world, HECK NO! I feel like I got suckered into paying 1650 for a course that did not give me the skill set I would need to work on peoples faces. I ended up taking 3 more online mapping courses to help me further. The advanced mapping courses helped me more than that supposed "beginner friendly" course. Yes I did learn a few good things like proper sanitation & recommend inks although mapping was definitely lacking. I'm glad that I stumbled upon @naturalisticbrows because she helped me correct bad habits & actually gave me honest feedback vs someone lying to me saying it looks great & allowing me to go off into the world to work on ppl. All I can say is keep your eyes open for sharks in the water. Ask other new artists honest opinions about their training experiences & ask what their backgrounds are. Don't be afraid to ask questions! Do your research. Pay attention to an artists posts. Are they only posting good skins? What about the bad skins to show how their students evolved. I ended up reaching out to Mia because I felt the authenticity of who she is through her IG. Don't get bamboozled by all the flashiness, editing, high following & fakeness. I can only speak for myself but I know I want my money to go to a person who deserves it, works hard for it, & who wants to see their students succeed. I want realness.
