I'm a frequent user here and I have to tell you when I first started using this place it wasn't because it's the closest one or the most convenient for me to get to because it's not. It's because they have a drive thru! No, not lazy, it's because that's what I had gotten used to. Besides I really like drive thru service unless it's food related. I've always been pleased with them. My clothes are always ready when they say they will be ready and I've never had a problem with anything. In all fairness I have to admit I've never taken anything here that's stained or any dirtier than things get wearing them once or twice. The blonde lady is super nice and helpful and the others I just kill with kindness, it's about a 3 minute interaction so I deal with it. Good service at reasonable prices. I've only gone here one time, but so far so good. Last week I came in on a Monday to drop off two tops with beads on it so it required extra care and the lady that helped me said they'll have to do it by hand to not ruin the beadwork. Luckily there was no line! I told her it was my first time there and it made me feel good knowing it's an eco-friendly place. The process was easy. Since t was my first time there she took down my contact info and gave me a receipt. The receipt didn't have the cost of the garments just the bar code for them to find it when I come back to pick up. I made sure to ask and it was $6 each top so a total of $12. Not a fan of being surprised when I pick up. That's reasonable considering it's going to be handled by . They have a convenient drive-thru pick up. So just drive to the right of their building hand then your ticket or they can find you in their system and next thing you know you are on your way out after you've paid. Garments look good. I came here to drop off dry cleaning and initially spoke to Cece, who was very kind and told me that they also do alterations. I was happy the dry cleaning and came back to get some pants altered. I came back to get two pants and one skirt taken in at the waist. The manager whose name I don't know does the alterations and is far less friendly. When trying on my garments to have them altered she said that for the skirt pockets may be closer to each other and I said that was okay. I should have looked at them in the store when I picked up my alterations. I came home and looked at what was done and was shocked. I tried on all of the bottoms and two out of three were still too big on me and not taken in the way they were measured. The stitching does not match, the lines are not straight and the seams don't line up. I have had alterations done many times before and never seen anything like this. Disappointed with the quality, I went back and Cece was there and very kind. She said that I should come back the next day to talk to the manager and she said herself that the work was obviously not well done. I come back the next day to speak with the manager and the conversation felt hostile. She said that she told me the stitching would not match (I wouldn't have left my items there if she actually said that) and that the pockets would be too close - this she did say could happen - but this isn't the problem with the tailoring. She said she could fix the items but at this point I do not trust the quality of her work, and wonder why she wouldn't have done proper quality in the first place? I politely requested a refund as I have to go somewhere else to take in the pants again as well as hopefully try and fix the obvious stitching. She said she could only give me a partial refund, which is insufficient because I basically paid her to damage my items. I asked if she was the owner of the business as I didn't feel the issue was being properly resolved and she said she was the manager and would not give me more information on if there was anyone else that I could speak to. I was hoping that I could return there for dry cleaning but unfortunately I don't feel comfortable going back because of the way she treated my personal items and how she spoke with me. A little disappointed to find out my items were sent elsewhere for the hem work it was late to be re-delivered to this location by several days so I was unable to get my Items back in the day promised as well as the hemming was cheaply done with tacky thread work showing on the outside and doesn't seem the quality for the price. The only compensation that was offered for the delay was that they would press my items, was rather disappointed. Now I'll have to take them to a different location, luckily they left enough fabric to be redone. The person That I dealt with also didn't have an very approachable attitude the first time I entered the shop. I Would not recommend this business for hemming I had nothing dry cleaned so I cans comment on that quality. read more

I have been using this dry cleaner for years & was always very happy with their service. In the past year or so they must have changed management or hired new staff. When I picked up my order I noticed that the table clothes were still wrinkled. I told the staff I wasn't satisfied & they basically said too bad. I went home & decided to go back to complain & this time the staff on duty was very good & they did a wonderful job when I went back to pick them up the same staff that wouldn't redo my order was again very rude. I went there this Monday & that same staff was again very rude. This is the place to go for great alterations. I have taken pants to be hemmed, pants to be taken in, blouses to be taken in around the waist. Every time I pick up my items, they fit perfect. I have always been extremely happy with the alterations. I am a bodybuilder so finding clothes to fit is hard. Almost everything needs to be altered. So happy to have found this place. :) read more

So disappointed! I took my Pottery Barn white linen drapes here and just got them back. They shrunk about 3 inches!!!! Not only that, but the stains and dirt didn't come out so now I have ruined drapes that are still dirty. We did have to sign a waiver releasing them of any liability so now there is nothing that I can do. I would not trust them with your linens. read more

I ordered my wedding dress online and it was extremely. It looked like someone balled up a brown paper bag and opened it back up. It was about 5 days before my wedding and I took my dress to this cleaners. Not only did they have my dress ready two days in advance but to my surprise every wrinkle and crinkle was pressed to perfection. Masoomah you will find is professional and knowledgeable about all dry cleaning issues you may encounter as well as provide excellent alteration services on any of your clothing needs.  I have used her for years to do my families alterations on suits, dresses, formal wear, evening wear, casual clothing etc.. and even a needed zipper put on my dogs doggie bed and she also custom altered his doggie suit he needed to wear to keep him from scratching!  I am a loyal customer and have never needed to go anywhere else.  They are that good!  I never have to worry about my dry cleaning or alteration needs.  They are all well taken care of here.  If I have had a problem which is very few, Masoomah is quick to resolve it and always handles it in a professional and service oriented manner.  I appreciate their care and professional service and that they are a small local business. This dry cleaner, as is common in the industry, does not post prices. As a result, I presented 12 shirts for cleaning and asked for the cost. Eleven of the shirts were cotton including a mixture of long and short sleeve shirts. The attendant indicated that "cotton shirts were $2.00" and that the one silk shirt would be between $3.50 and $5.50. When returning to pick up the shirts, 4 of the cotton shirts had been deemed to require special treatment and $4.25 / shirt was charged. When I indicated that this was a discrepancy to the price originally quoted, the same attendant replied "Whatever". At this point, I found the "We "heart" Our Customers" packaging on the cleaned items, to be quite ironic. read more

horrible customer service I'm new to town looking for a place to drop off my work clothes and as soon as i walked into the store I was greeted with negativity. I stated hello I need dry cleaning and alterations, without even looking g at my items she immediately said we our alterations lady isn't here right now and we close in 5 mins.... so of course I'm agitated at this point and advised her it's nothing I needed to try on (the seams from my jacket needed to be mended back) so as I'm pulling out my belongings, I show her my synthetic leather jacket that needed the seams mended and of course she doesn't look at the label and says we don't do leather ... I roll my eyes and I tell her it's not leather it's synthetic. ... she grinned and made a very indecisive look. within seconds I just told her I'll go elsewhere. .. horrible service totally annoyed this lady was jus worried about going home read more

I am very upset about my experience with this Dry Cleaner. I dropped off three articles of clothing which are mid length casual dresses and was told they would be 2.50 each. I arrived home and Akber(the employee) called me and said he just looked at what I dropped off and they would actually be 4.75 each because they are considered blouses. No problem. I understood and still agreed to that price. Come two days later when I pick them up I was charged 9$ for one of the pieces. I asked why that was and he said its because it was a dress. All three were the same type so I don't know what exactly made it any different. I told him that he called and said it was 4.75 each after looking at them and he said he didn't look closely? Anyways I don't care about $5 but its the principal. I expect an honest price and not to be surprised in the end. After going back and forth with him he said he gave me 20% off from yelp when he wasn't supposed to because I didn't mention it when dropping them off which I think was just ridiculous to say. The actual dry cleaning job was done well but I expect better customer service. read more
