I went there for a while and they did like they give you a credit for turning in hangers but they always creased my pants, like 60% of the time when I was always very clear not to. Who creases jeans? Shorts? I get mistakes happen but not regularly and when they did mess up they never cared to make things right for wasting my time. read more

This review is way overdue. Been going here since 2016. I have to dress in business attire at least three days out of the week, so I have a lot of suits and shirts that need to be dry cleaned. Have had one issue on a short sleeve button up and they pressed again free of charge, this was in 2017. They have exceptional customer service and great hours of operation. I have been going to this location when it was Silverado cleaners. I stopped for about 2 years, then decided to go back when they changed names, and owners, I thought. I quit going there in the first place because they ruined a top to a et, the skirt was fine, but they ripped the sleeve on the top. and said they could not fix it. The manager Maria offered to pay me which was ok, but her attitude was funky about the incident. I did not rip the sleeve they did. I started back as I said after 2 years. The first time I sent my pants back because I asked for center creases and there were side creases. I went back, next time and my suits were not pressed well on the jacket's sides and skirts were very wrinkled, these were just plain jacket and straight skirts, on top of this they charged me 7.00 per piece for shabby work. After the incident with the top they ruined I decided to give them another shot with just every day clothes, and they not only did a bad press job, the price increased like I was being punished for complaining, they don't appreciate constructive opportunities to do a better job read more

Yesterday while at the gas station I met Paul. He told me he works for Legend Cleaners who do home deliveries and pickup service for dry cleaning. I was very surprised and have never heard of such a service. With all the home delivery services and the quarantine, I believe this dry cleaning service is such a brilliant idea. My only regret is that Paul mentioned that they do not offer these free services in Phoenix as that's where I reside. What attracted me the most about this company is that Paul the route manager was so polite and very enthusiastic about this company. I hope one day your services will expand into Phoenix and the rest of the valley. read more

I've been coming here for 2 years now, and recently there have been some changes in management and the team there. I gave them an extra star because they're the cheapest in town, but quality beats quantity in this situation. They have "lost" quite a few of my clothing often. Recently I requested for my things to be done at 11, this is perhaps my second time requesting, the girl at the front counter says they can do it but when I arrive they said not until 5. I've never been more frustrated dealing with them up until this point. Now you guys know when you tell me "oh, you haven't been here in awhile!" Also, when you're dealing with customers on the phone please make sure they can't hear the conversation you're having with your coworker. "Should I stall him?" Poor customer service plus lack of respect for customer time. I dropped off 5 items for dry cleaning, they lost a pair slacks in the process, and they confirmed the loss according to their records, they had me return 3 different times, and each time they extended an additional day, of which I gave them a couple of days each time to be fair to locate the slacks. the boy at front is more interested in flirting with the girls in the back than taking care of customers. when Sandra finally stated they would submit a claim on the slacks, She said they would call me to pick up the check. of course that never happened either and 2 weeks later still waiting. I don't like to leave negative feedback on accidental mishaps because they will happen, but repeated results and stringing you along are not an accident, just poor business practices. Save your money and clothing, avoid the frustration and look for a business that values your belongings, your time, and you as a customer.
