I went in for knee issues, they were a referral from my PA to hopefully avoid surgery. I left there not only not needing surgery, but regained strength where the staff cleared me back to skiing, volleyball, basically back to feeling like I was in my 20's and 30's. If you are reading this chances are you are weighing your options to see which physical therapy clinic is right for you. I have had several lack luster experiences with physical therapy before and I was afraid this would be the same situation. Revive and their team completely changed my mind on what physical therapy is and what it could do for your quality of life. I had a pretty bad bucket handle tear in my meniscus and after surgery and repair I was feeling like knee pain and lack of mobility was going to be my new normal. I went in to revive on guard and honestly a bit resistant to what I thought they were going to tell me. I met with Andy and right away I could tell I was not a check box. We filled out some forms, he asked me my goals, and right away got me up and moving. He was with me the whole session, gave me exercises to do at home, and we set up a plan to get me back on my feet. His confidence, knowledge, and encouragement was top notch. I kept coming back for about 5 weeks, and I found myself doing movements I couldn't even do before the injury. We had our last session, and he asked if I wanted this to be my last session. I was floored- he could have easily asked me to keep coming back but it was clear his goal was always the same as mine which was to get back to life stronger than before. I came into Revive PT and Wellness with pain in my left shoulder due to a partial rotator cuff tear. It was so bad that I could barely lift my arm without severe pain. (Tears would usually follow after doing so.) I was unable to do daily home activities. First when I called, the front desk personnel was very professional, personable and helpful. That means a lot when help is needed.I was thrilled that I could get in two days later. Dr. Dalton and Sarah worked with me on an assessment to see where I was with pain and movement. The assessment was thorough and I immediately felt I was going to work with staff who were more than competent. We did a few exercises and I received home exercises. (Tip: Do them!) After 5 visits, I REALLY knew the pain had much subsided and I was getting stronger by getting continuous feedback and more challenging exercises while there. I had seven visits in total and was feeling so much better and so strong. Sarah and Dalton were encouraging, patient and caring which helped immensely in my recovery. I was having shoulder pain that prevented a good night's sleep and restricted play with my grandsons. Dr. Isaac also found from my initial interview that I was experiencing some balance problems and added appropriate exercises to my therapy program. With the right exercises and encouragement, my pain decreased quickly and I was back to throwing a frisbee. Balance will take a bit longer, but I now have an exercise program to follow at home. As long as I remember and follow Isaac's instructions and advice, I stay relatively pain free and upright. I've been to physical therapy before elsewhere, but my experience at Revive was so much better for me. To start, my therapist asked me about my goals which was amazing because I could tell he was going to tailor the work we'd be doing together just for me. And when I said that my goal was to be able to do my work and hobbies without shoulder and neck pain, he totally understood and reassured me that even though some of these things might cause less than ideal postures for me, the key is to learn how to get out of these postures. Basically to undo the motions with healthy, opposing motions. Hearing that I wouldn't have to discontinue doing what I love was huge. The personal attention here is fantastic. They followed up between sessions to see how I was doing, and provided additional exercises based on my feedback. I faithfully did the exercises as prescribed and have had a total turnaround. My pain is virtually gone and I'm feeling stronger, which makes me so happy. And at our final session, my therapist revisited my initial goals to see how we had progressed. The friendly team, excellent communication, and attention to detail all made this a more enjoyable physical therapy experience than I could have ever imagined! read more

I made an appointment for a Wednesday after reading reviews on Yelp. I was looking for an appointment for Monday and Wednesday afternoons and anytime on Fridays due to my work schedule. I was told the first week would be touch and go because they were already booked however the following weeks would be no problem. We agreed that if an opening happened during the first week I would receive a call and it would be added along with my Wednesday appointment. I did get a call first thing Monday and left work for a midday session with Isaac that goes fine. Isaac didn't see my Wednesday appointment on the schedule. We checked with Candace at the front counter and she initially tries to assert that I was off by one Wednesday which was not true and she knew it. I was clear in my initial call to this location that if they can't accommodate my schedule that's okay I can just find another location. I recounted the conversation exactly with her and then decided to just let her schedule me for the next week as she had previously stated it would be no problem. She found no availability at anytime of the day except for one date the next week and and a second two weeks after that. She did eventually admit to canceling the Wednesday date I had because it was a different provider which further proved her in truthfulness to me. She was dishonest and it occurred to me only made me feel they could accommodate my schedule by phone to get me in the door. She wasted my time and the providers time. I will not return. Beware of them not being honest about their availability. read more

Oh my gosh! From the moment I walked into Revive the total experience was professional and fun! Ashley was upbeat and greeted me always with a smile and something positive to say. I had never had physical therapy before and wasn't sure what to expect, but was immediately made to feel comfortable and safe in their environment. Dr. Andy was thorough and encouraging - keeping me on pace and striving to succeed in relieving my hip pain. Alyssa continued to keep me on task and press for a positive outcome. Intern Amy also contributed in keeping me moving toward "graduating" from the program with little to no hip pain. It wasn't all work at Revive - it was more like getting to know each other. Discussing family, business, and current events, and the changing music genres made the work and the time whiz by. Although there are physical therapists closer to where I live, my P.A. Joleen recommended Revive for their ethics and down to earth approach to their profession. 2 words: MIRACLE WORKERS! Revive is like that one over the counter drug that cures whatever problem you're having after one or two doses and you just can't believe how lucky you are that it's so accessible. I tore my ACL back in September and had been going to other PT places but I wasn't making any trackable progress. After a couple sessions at Revive my range of motion was becoming so much better! My surgery date continued to be postponed due to unfortunate circumstances so I was coming here once or twice a week from October until the day before my surgery (Feb 4th to be exact). The operation went really well and I feel like I owe it all to Revive. The strength they helped me gain back in my knee not only helped me become mobile again while I had a torn ACL, but I'm currently 4 days post op and can already bend my knee past 90 degrees AND I'm walking with weight on both of my legs with crutches. Pain was so minimal all I needed was Tylenol for about 48 hours afterwards. What I really appreciated about this place was that they didn't overbook sessions in order to fit in more patients. Their attention is all on you and your exercises. The atmosphere there was always positive and you can tell they all genuinely care about each other and have fun with what they do. I worked with Saeed and Alyssa and hanging out with them quickly became the highlight of my days! If you go to Revive, you leave with new friends!! Revive has seriously changed my life! I injured my back over 7 years ago and was recommended to start physical therapy, but at the time felt that I couldn't afford it. Since then my ability to do physical activity has continued to decrease exponentially. I was getting to the point where I wasn't able to go out with friends or do things that I used to enjoy (like dancing!) or even get ready in the morning, without being in pain. My boyfriend recently hurt his back and was sent to Revive by his doctor. After his first visit he was already feeling better, so he forced me to try it too, and I'm so grateful that he did! I have been treated by both Dr. Saeed and Dr. Dayna and they are hands down the nicest and most compassionate docs I have ever worked with! Dr. Dayna helped me regarding some hormone balancing issues I've had for years. It was amazing how much time she spent with me and how well she explained everything so that I understood her thoughts, the treatment and what I could expect moving forward. After having so many obgyn's spend 10 minutes with me and never explain (or successfully treat) any of my symptoms, I will definitely be sticking with Dr. Dayna! Dr. Saeed treated me for an old car accident injury that was stilling causing me pain. I was having horrible back, hip and neck pain that was significantly impacting my daily life. Everything hurt all the time! Pain killers, surgery or injections that had been suggested to me by other docs previously were not an option for me. Dr. Saeed was able to fully assess the injuries and how my body mechanics were either helping or worsening my pain. He taught me how to strengthen my body to my benefit and retrain old muscle patterns that were literally making my pain worse. He is also hands down the best at soft tissue work, even more so than massage therapists I've seen. He's been able to stop muscle spasms, work out deep horrible knots and his stretches have given me back flexibility I haven't had in years. Their office is also so comfortable to be in. It's not cold and informal like most medical offices. There is always music playing and occasionally you can catch Dr. Saeed dancing on Salsa Wednesdays! =) I recommend anyone with pain to Dr. Saeed and anyone with hormone or general female issues to Dr. Dayna. I was referred to Revive PT for debilitating neck pain. I was not able to sleep or move without being in constant pain. This was an on going daily issue for 14 years. After one visit with Dr. Saeed, I slept better than I had in years and my pain level had subsided significantly. I have been consistently going to PT, doing daily stretches and gym visits for about ten weeks and can honestly say that Revive has given me my life back in such a way that words cannot describe. I was referred to Revive when I pinched my sciatic nerve. I was recently diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, stemming from many years of doing landscaping work. I was in so much pain I couldn't sit or stand for more than a few minutes. It was excruciating. The first time I walked in to Revive, I was promptly welcomed by Candace. The entire facility is very nice and clean. They've got nice therapy/massage tables, and a bunch of great therapy equipment like the new core pump. Dr. Saeed is awesome. I go to Revive Physical Therapy because I have spinal disc degeneration and severe arthritis in my lower back. Recently one of my discs began bugling as well. I made an appointment with a spinal surgeon, but stopped in to see Revive Physical Therapy to see if there were any exercises that can help me. The exercises are intense, but if I do them as prescribed the pain goes away! I cancelled my appointment with the spinal surgeon because my pain is decreasing daily! A co-worker warned physical therapists are like chiropractors- you feel great after, but the pain soon returns. You must do the exercises at home in order to keep the pain away! I am a huge fan of physical therapy and am a strong believer that if you do the work you do not need pain medications and more doctors. There's a good vibe here and the staff seem to really care. I've been in physical therapy before and I hated the feeling of having other people around me watching me as I did my exercises, this place doesn't feel like that at all. It's somehow more cozy/comfortable (as much as a physical therapy office can be I guess). Also, I've overheard staff talking about another patient, brainstorming together what may help this person get back to running without pain. This was nice to hear them spending some down time trying to consult and problem solve. They seem invested in listening to what I have to say and working to figure out how to help me best. I haven't been going long enough to see significant improvements yet but I feel that they have customized each thing I do to my particular situation so I'm confident that I'm in good hands. read more

On Labor Day, my leg/knee hurt so bad, it couldn't have hurt any worse. With the guidance of Dalton and Alyssa, my knee is almost back to 100%, no more pain upon movement, no more achiness, and I am so pleased!
