Our daughters (ages four and one) had an amazing time climbing, sliding, and exploring all the different play areas and playsets. It was such a fun experience watching them interact with everything. After their own employee told us to come back later, they now deny us use of these tickets, totally ruined our night made our son cry. Shame on you!! And the excuse for not being eligible for the train ride, that it was sold out. Total BS because literally again NO ONE was in the park. No wonder the event is failing.

The scrub ended up leaking all over our car. We complained via email to Shelly the owner , who offers us a make up class. We advised her logistically it would be too hard to get everyone together And asked for a refund . She refused and gave us back $120 which in my opinion is a joke. We had asked for 50% minimum.
