THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish it had happened earlier since I spent hundreds of dollars on electricians and a lot of time trying to figure out what was going on in back and forths (1 year +)..with the manufacturer. Lesson learned that the best path is to get to the owner of the business. Once we were in communication he took care of everything right away. Totally not their fault that a single fan they carried happen to be a faulty one. I really appreciated the follow through from this business owner.

He left Front of the house 50" feet without lights, underneath the gradge! My husband spoke to him re: his unfinished work. Blake made excuses and stated that portion of the front of the house was not included in the quote. If the gradge is in front of the house why on earth would that not be included? I called him 2x sent messages 2x he finally responded. Completely lied about original quote was not transparent. Stated he needed additional funds of $500 to come back and complete 50" feet of lights. Stated the job took him longer than he expected. That he did not make money off the job, stated it was not worth his gas, and additional poor excuses. Blake does NOT guarantee his work. I spoke with him and gave him an opportunity to make this situation RIGHT, HE DID NOT. We are extremely disappointed, and would NOT recommend him or his work to anyone!! I shared with him that a referral is priceless. The Rating for him is a -0 after paying $1200.00 for lights he should have ran back to our home to make a correction. Doing business and satisfying customers is not always about money or a profit. Do what is RIGHT for your customers, and STAND on business!!
