On installation day, the crew arrived on time with all necessary materials and worked diligently throughout the day. They were quiet, well-organized and had the skills needed to do a top-notch job. We are so happy with the work that Vision Turf and lighting did on our front and back yard. I had many different companies come and give estimates, but they all came in high and no one offered a clear plan for the look of the yard. Pat made things very simple and had a plan. Visions was hired to replace some existing turf in the back yard, add new turf in the courtyard, and install new turf at the front yard that was remodeled. I did not have the best experience with this company. For the replacement turf in the backyard, they charged for gravel, sand, etc. but simply picked up the old turf and laid down the new turf with essentially no prep work so those costs were not necessary in their bid. It was very minimal work in the backyard and it was very expensive. They did not install any sand on the new turf so the turf doesn't stand up, and the seams between the old and new turf are not very nice. I called Queenan who was the sales rep and told him that I was not happy with the work, especially in the backyard. He wanted to come when no one is home, and then I gave him a couple of dates out about a week and half that would work and I never heard from again. I personally CANNOT recommend this company. This company is VERY, VERY expensive and the work is NOT high quality. I would pass on this company had I known how little the owner cares about the final work product.. I have lowered my rating because the owner is saying that he told me to reach out to him with more dates, but that is NOT what happened. He told me he would let me know if he can make the dates I gave him and he never contacted me again. His reply is not truthful. The bacvkyard looks very poor because he did not put any sand on the turf after they laid it so the grass doesn't stand up. Even now that I have written a review, he has not called to try and fix the backyard. read more

His crew were awesome, quick, showed up on time and did a highly professional job and they even meticulously cleaned up afterwards! Gregg came at the end of the job and did a site inspection and looked over every inch of the turf making sure the job was done top notch! He also answered every question we had about care, cleaning and maintenance of the turf! He also told us that if there was anything that wrinkled during the up coming summer (we live in the desert and get 120+ temps) to just call him and he would send a crew out to fix it! We had three companies who responded and were most impressed with the one we chose They had 25 year guaranty on the turf we chose and could install it this week in fact it only took one day. We installed about 750 sq ft in three different area's and dealt with the owner of the company He made couple suggestions that really made difference 1st was rolled edge where the turf met the surrounding rock And second was to mound the turf ever so slightly when it was installed . This company is mega professional. The quote was easy to understand and prepared so that all costs could be identified. The product that was introduced to us, the turf, was we believe the top of the line. Our front yard is very large and had many challenges around palm tree and bushes and the installation was excellent. Every seam and cut was done with care. Gregg's crew was amazing. These professionals worked the hottest week of the year and did not complain. Honestly, we wish we could have done more to keep them comfortable. Every step of this process was done with utmost care.
