Aidan Jade Landscaping definitely exceeded my expectations along with my neighbors (I will explain this)! My house is on a corner a lot and I understand along with the co-owner that not only is curb appeal important, but I also live in a community with a very active Home Owners Association (HOA). From our initial contact with Patrick, our vision, questions, and comments were acknowledged by him and our hope for a beautiful landscape design for our front, back, and side yard soon became a reality with a digital render of our project. When it was received by the co-owner and I we were very happy to send it to our HOA board for review and it was approved. Our entire landscaping project took about three and a half weeks and we were elated to discover the overall compliments from guests to our home (including an out of state visitor and are ever so curious neighbors. My only concern was for the curiosity of my neighbors entering my property to marvel at the process and professional landscape design that Patrick and his staff executed. The staff was able to accommodate my request to inform my neighbors that they were not allowed to enter my property without my permission and the visits from one in particular eventually stopped. My project not only included landscaping but it included replacing my sprinkler/drip system, relocated existing plants/trees, disposal of various landscaping rocks and debris which were all completed within a very short time which left me extremely satisfied. My front yard was a complete mess of overgrown grass and weeds so I wanted to get it replaced with something more desert friendly that would not require maintenance. I reached out to Aidan Jade along with two other vendors to get quotes and the first thing that blew me away was the price. Aidan Jade gave me a bid significantly lower than the competitors and was able to schedule me in relatively quickly after I accepted their bid. The team worked quickly but I did notice little things that might not have been done from a more expensive vendor. That being said, it's impossible to argue the price and the speed that they provided. If you have an exact idea of what you need, I would suggest making sure to communicate it clearly since I really had no idea what I was doing. But if you need something done but need some suggestions on ideas I would highly recommend giving them a call and getting a bid. read more

We started getting quotes in June to get our yard done and this was the only company that gave us a visual/map of what they would do with the yard along with the quote. We didn't like a few things at first, and they quickly changed those things and sent us a new quote. Not long after that, my husbands truck had issues and the insurance gave us a very hard time getting it covered, so we had to put off the landscaping. First & foremost I'd like to thank both of these gentleman for doing a great job on my backyard. Secondly, skip to the end & take note of the integrity I mention if you don't want to read this novel. The breakdown of the work they performed is as follows: they removed 1000sf of an existing bermuda/fescue/kbg nightmare & replaced it with superior fescue. Prior to laying the sod they tilled, leveled & shoveled compost over the whole area. Granted that's what you're supposed to do, but i feel like it's overlooked or half-a**ed by other folks. This team didn't half-a** any part of this key component. Simultaneously, they trenched the width of my yard & installed a DWP drain for me to help alleviate a rain related puddling/pooling issue I've had in a low lying part of my yard/river rock border. It worked perfectly during the last storm; so I am very pleased & my son loves the new soft fescue... A few weeks later I called them & scheduled another project. I randomly had a riser on the supply side of the sprinkler distribution manifold explode & start gushing water... luckily my wife was home to hear the "boom" & she cut the water of. After some investigation, I determined the piping installed by the previous owner was 1) old & 2) OLD lol. In any case, this duo once again came out, did their thing & rebuilt the entire assembly (at my request). To be clear, they completely dug up, cut out & re-piped the entire area in a day (which was no easy feat because it was infested with palm tree roots)... I will say this knowing that some may view it as a negative, while some will see it for the positive that it really is. During the manifold rebuild, i asked them to link it to an existing under slab line that supplies my outdoor sink. fast forward a week or so later... i finally get around to hooking up the supply line to the sink. I depressurize the system, do some finagling & re-pressurize. Now i realize that i failed to clear the line of debris prior to making the final connections (because the water will not flow). So i depressurize, disconnect the fittings, re-pressurize/blow the line & shut off the water one last time. I reconnect, re-pressurize & POP, something blows up. I panic because it looks like New Orleans in a hurricane... I call Patrick, in a panic, and the duo comes back in a hurry. After some investigating, they determined a high PSI putty they used to join the under slab pipe failed. They fixed the connection same day after tossing the fancy putty aside & going with the tried and true pipe to pipe method lol. So, some would say they should've done pipe to pipe to begin with; HOWEVER... I'm in commercial construction & we're constantly using "NEW AND IMPROVED" products. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't; so no harm, no foul in my eyes. WHAT I LOVE IS THAT THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED THEIR WORK!!!! THAT IS ALMOST UNHEARD OF IN RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION ANYMORE.
