Avoid at all costs. Headache to deal with. You will be unhappy even at your first and second week of service. -lack of communication . They ghost you wont answer phone calls or text. - Mathew takes the job but hands it offer to someone else to do - they rip you off- purposely working slow and cutting half of the bushes to push you to get weekly services. - on the second week of services charged me 50$ extra for cleaning. Keep in mind on the first day mathew didn't tell me i need to pay for clean up first then maintenance services. First of all mathew came and gave me a bi weekly and weekly quote for my yard. On the first day of job they cut my lawn grass( very small area) and cut only two of my bushes out of three when i asked why they said their machine was broken but the other person said because it is too much of a work and cant be done in one day. Like you left my backyard dirty at least finish the lawn completely, they obviously had time to go to my backyard and cut all my roses in the middle of summer( roses must be trimmed only in fall) but didn't have time to finish the lawn completely. I had to cancel my services on the 2nd week after they charged me extra for cleaning. And pushing me to update my bi weekly to weekly services- if it seemed like to much work and impossible to maintain biweekly im not sure why mathew gave me the qoute and option to bi-weekly. read more

My husband and I hired Matthew and his crew to remove our ugly weed filled grass in our front yard and replace it with desert landscaping. They were reliable and hard working. Matthew was very flexible with us as we were changing some plans. He worked with me and what I wanted it to look like. We love the results! Simply Put. Price was way too expensive. They initially quoted me In Person at 1000$ for the Front and back just Weeding.. My back yard is tiny, and my front is way bigger than the back. Then, When I said No, They quoted me at 400$ for just the Front. I said that I will think about it and went into my house. Then I texted him the gardeners cellphone and basically said I found someone that quoted me front and back for 400 can you match it. The text was ignored. Then when me and the wife opened the garage because we were going out to watch a movie. To our Unpleasant surprise this knucklehead and is possy was out front already pulling the weeds without asking me informing me or even responding to my text saying that he started. I decided to pay them anyways because I just didnt want to deal with the arguments because its a waste of time. So to OUR mistake, We paid them and left to go watch the movie. When we came back to our movie, They were gone because they had already finished and it looked like the photo attached to this review. We had paid 400$ for a job like that? Tell me thats not ridiculous. Until I had threatened legal action, They tried to not come back that day and fix this blunder. I attached the texts as well. If you google this number and scroll down youll see that this is the gardeners direct line. My advice, There are cheaper quotes out there. And these guys will guilt trip you to make you pay.
