After spending some time getting quotes from various vendors, we got AGS recommended by Yelp. Chris was very helpful from the start. Came on time to start the quote process and we were pleasantly surprised when he said the installation time for 2200 Sq ft would be 2 days compared to 5-7 days time that we got from other vendors. The guys arrived right on time and were extremely professional. One of the things that they do differently is that they take no more than 1-2 jobs at a time and that way they are able to complete it within the promised time. The 1st day around 10 guys arrived and by the time the day ended they were done with cleaning up, weeding, and in fact laid out the turf. Their approach to work is very systematic, and it was no surprise they completed the job by 12pm the next day. 1/2 day before they promised !! They take great care to clean up the job thoroughly and double check to make sure they haven't missed out anything. The end product came out very beautiful and in fact we had neighbors and others drive around the house asking us for their reference, which, we were glad to provide. I'm taking back my 5 star review! There is white mold growing on my lawn. Never saw this one coming. I called the office and ask them to do something! I was promises 10 year warranty by Sam! All of a sudden it was my fault for moisture causing this! There is no sprinkler hitting in that area. The only thing I can think of is the heavy rain that hit the area a few weeks back. I was told to mix white vinegar and water which I did twice. The film is still present. I should have been told this would happen if there was a rain storm coming but was not informed! 11/2019 update: Jack assured us that the tree out front didn't need its own source of water. One year later, our almost-dead tree went down in a wind storm, pulling up the turf fabric around it. I contacted them via email to come remove the tree and fix the fabric. They didn't even have the courtesy to reply. A phone message was similarly ignored. I strongly suggest going with a company that backs up their work and corrects their mistakes. This isn't it. **************** I only got 2 estimates, and they were similar although the other place underestimated the square feet. Jack came out quickly for the estimate, showed us samples (which the other company didn't) explained the process, and scheduled the job for two days later. He didn't seem at all bothered when we decided to do just the front yard first. The six guys showed up two hours early and seemed to know just what to do. It's been a couple years since I had Artificial Grass Solution install turf in my back yard. This company does a good job of getting the work done quickly. Price is competitive without a doubt. Jack is happy to provide extra labor at no cost. I had giant heavy rocks that they gladly moved around to my neighbors yard. Apart from this, I noticed that once my cash was in, there was little to no support. Not really comforting when it comes to the warranty. Shortly after install, I noticed that areas around my fence weren't placed down correctly. You could literally lift the grass up a few inches along the edges near my fence line. I called and Jack came out. He was quick to speak, but slow to listen. His response was, oh so you do want me to glue it down? Well of course. Why would I want detached turf? Shortly after a guy came out with some green glue and sloppily placed it all over and stuck it down. Shortly after all this, I started to experience some drainage issues, which I didn't really have before until all this turf was installed. I recall going over drainage with Jack at install. He assured me I would be good, but somehow whenever it rained I was left with some nice puddles. Following the issue with the detached grass, I didn't bother to pursue anything further. I'm sure this would become another contract and another business opportunity. Good prices, but the attention to detail could be better for sure. read more

Highly recommend this company for your turf needs! We were worried we wouldn't find a company willing to take on our small space but AGS was more than happy to work with us. Our original grass area was a step down from the patio and they ended up filling in to make the grass even with the patio taking out the step. They even raised the drain in the yard and adjusted the gutters! The best part is that the turf is all one solid piece! No cut and paste job piecing parts together to make it fit. This review is overdue as I had my installation done October 2020. I found AGS through Yelp. They had the best price and the least bad reviews. Jack came out for an official measurement and free quote, which came out to $2200 for a little over 300 SQ ft. At the time, I was told their usual price is $6-7 per SQ ft and anything less than 300 SQ ft is $1800. Even at 2200, they were still better than the next company who quoted me at $2400, so I agreed. The entire installation process took about 6 hours. It's now July 2021 and the grass has been a great upgrade for my now toddler to run and play. I'll update my review if anything else happens, but this was a much simpler process than I imagined. My only gripe with my experience was that Jack originally told me he'd need just my parking space to work, which was ideal because I was worried if my neighbors or the HOA would get involved otherwise (I live in a small condo complex). However, the day of installation, the workers had to lay out materials in the middle of the street in front of my garage. On top of that and the loud construction, the workers also played music loudly while working early Saturday morning to afternoon. Luckily, none of my neighbors complained (to my face anyway) and the HOA didn't send me any warnings or fines, so 5 stars it is. read more

Playground- needs to have a pad with a minimum of 9 foot fall height rating to create a safe playground for the kids 2. Kennel- needs to have odor protection 3. Hardworking! Honest! Professional! I did a lot of research looking for a turf company. I found this company searching under Yelp and was impressed by their reviews. Jack was quick to reply, honest regarding the pricing, and very good at communicating arrival. He did not have a huge variety of turf to pick from but of the two samples he showed me I was completely happy with the one we selected. His quote was $1,000 cheaper than another company. He laid out the details on what materials cost to the dollar. He quoted me down to the dollar and didn't even round up. He took no payment until job was completely done. I needed the job done within the week (before holiday season) and he was able to do that no problem. The job took exactly the amount of time he felt it would take even with a couple set backs that were not his fault. On the day of install it began raining. His workers literally sat there until dark installing the artificial turf. Talk about hardworking. I even offered a flashlight to Jack as he was out there trying to help his guys finish with his phone light. Jack was present and overlooking his workers almost the entire time. One of the set backs was one of ours drains was buried deep in the ground. We had installed a water pipe for the sprinklers on top of it (talk about dumb move). We really wanted the use of that drain so I asked if it would be possible to get the parts to move the pipe around the drain. With no hesitation, Jack went to Home Depot, paid for the parts, and even brought me the receipt. He did not charge extra for the time it took. That in itself sold me on his trustworthiness. Jack and two of his workers had to come back another day to finish the last step because of the rain. When I decided to put artificial grass in my side yard, I thought it would be fairly easy to find a good company. Before the team at AGS, I found a company that gave me a great estimate, and would come out quickly. They said they'd accept half cash and card. All was set until a few days before the appointment to install. I got a message saying only all cash would be accepted and that there was an internal business issue. They would need to collect before our appointment. That kind of rubbed me the wrong way thinking that they'd take my cash and never show up to install. So... off I went to Yelp to find a new company. I reached out to 7 different companies and Chris answered me the quickest. I scheduled for all of them to come look at the yard and give me estimates. Chris was the most professional, punctual, and left me with samples to keep. He was amazing in communication and on the day of install, he came on time with a team of 5 of the nicest guys!!
