Upon entering, I felt a bit anxious returning such a big machine. Worried I was not going to be able to return it or worried I was going to be given a hard time. Boy was I wrong! Upon entering, there was a line but it moved quickly. Once it was my turn, I was met with a professional and pleasant "hello, I can help you here". The young lady that helped me completed my refund within a minute! All the while making me feel welcomed and not rushed at all. The entire staff that day could teach a class on customer service to a lot of businesses that lack it because they nailed it. Service here was fast & friendly, and I noticed if you do not have anything to ship out, this UPS Store provides other services like printing & mailbox services. I worked with Janai, and she was great. They didn't have it in stock, and actually no one on island did, but she went the extra mile and found it $40 cheaper online and told me right away. They price-matched it on the spot, and we got it ordered to be delivered straight to my door in about nine days, which is perfect. She also let me know that if I find it cheaper anywhere within two weeks, I can bring my receipt back and they'll match it again. They even let me use my rewards, which was a nice bonus. I remembered this shop in Kapolei and called. Say helped me and said absolutely he could have it printed within 2 hours. He even emailed me first so I could email back my file to print with instructions. I sent him 3 files for 3- 18x24 poster boards and told him which is the main one I need if he can't print them all. He called me to clarify and said he could print them all and attach them to poster boards within 2 hours. He actually had them ready within 1 hour and cleared counter space for me to attach my sticks to the boards. The posters printed matte, while i would've preferred glossy, but hey, my son had boards! Wonderful customer service, accommodated my last minute order & price was very good too at $36/ea (cheaper than Office Depot). 5 stars all the way! The girl put in all 5 package information, come to find out she put it in wrong in the system. So she had to start all over again, and do each package individually. The line got long after me, so I felt bad. Good thing another worker was there to help her and guide her to do it. The second time, I only had one package to send. The worker asked me if the address was correct on the screen, and I told the worker it's missing the apartment number. So he fixed it, showed me the screen and asked again "is it correct on the screen" and I said "no it's still missing the apartment number" I think the manager had to step aside the worker and guide them how to properly fix it. It did get fixed, but they over charged me so much. My packages are pretty much the same size and weight but one was under $10 the other I got charged $22. The customer service is pretty good though, they are super nice and friendly. This location is best for dropping off already ready to send mail, passport pictures from my experience. I would go back to do those services but not going to send mail through them.

You have to have patience when you have a project to do here because they have to do these printing as they come and they already have several orders from the day. I usually send my work to their email, but it was too big of a file so the person taking care of me sent a link of my Canva work to their Canva and they were able to print it on their end. Three people helped me and they were all very cordial, respectful and helpful. One helped me decide which paper I should use for the work I did and I was very pleased with the results. I stumbled on Magically Yours when searching through Google. Magically Yours prices was very reasonable and a good deal compared to the big names printing shops. To place an order, you can email your design to Michael (the owner). His email and phone number is on the website. He responds fairly quickly. When I gave him my design, he gave me the total price, the location of pick up (around Kunia Shopping Center), and when it will be ready by. I placed an order in the afternoon and the business card was ready the next day in the morning. Super quick service and Michael was very nice when I met him. My business cards turned out great. The cards were thinner than the cards from Vistaprint but it was still sturdy and the print color was bold and clear.
