Normally, this would be a huge issue for me; I don't like companies incentivizing reviews. I've broken relationships with companies in the past just for asking (Hargrove should be careful about this) but I honestly have had a lot of trouble with businesses in Augusta being professional, and Hargrove was a really positive experience, so I'll break my rule this time. The big plus from them is attention to detail and the customer. From the receptionist to the tech at the house, everyone was really friendly and personable. Add in that they know what they're talking about, and are flexible (I had to change my appointment and they moved it with no issue) and you have the makings of a great business. It's just obvious from the start that they are good at what they do. I didn't have a single gripe with Hargrove after calling a few other pest services and feeling like I was asking a lot to pay someone for a service. Frankly, I've been really baffled in Augusta with how hard it is to find technicians or services from decent companies. Thanks Hargrove for being the exception to this. The process does not take long for him to do and he was very through and pro active looking for any hidden issues that could be contributing to the problem. And he doesn't just treat for those pesky flying critters but handles all sorts of pests you might be having a issue with.
