Terrible customer service. Rude, mouthy and argumentative. And big liars. Our lawn looks terrible after using them. Have read multiple complaints through other public sites and not surprised. Untrustworthy. Our tech was nice. That's about it. If you're okay with being disrespected, poor service and a terrible looking lawn, definately go with these folks. read more

Started with a complete disaster of a yard. Hired Spring Green earlier this year 2025 now it is October and it looks the best it has ever looked. Staff is knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the yard will look its absolute best. Cant wait to see what it will look like next year. Great service, great care of our lawn and they actually answer the phone! We had tried two other lawn care services that were supposedly, good. Our experience with the others, were not good. Our lawn had weeds, dead spots, and bugs. Even with pre-emergent pesticides, we had to request they come out again. But our lawn was devastated . When I saw Spring Green at my neighbors, I asked them to look at my lawn. They found it still infested. We signed up with them immediately. They got rid of the bugs and the weeds. Our lawn has never looked better. Spring Green is very professional and thorough. We receive newsletters that are very informative; they answer all our questions and make recommendations. This lawn care service is the best. My yard had rye grass with weeds throughout and Mario has since taking my yard from being yellow with weeds to green without weeds. And the office ladies are very polite and professional when we call them. I would recommend them to anyone! read more

WARNING!!! They destroyed my back yard!! My front yard is Bermuda grass and my back yard is St. Augustine. Last month (3 weeks ago) they applied a pre-emergent to my entire lawn. I have been noticing that ever since my back lawn appeared to be deteriorating (yellowing). My wife noticed this weekend that the there was a clear line of damage on our side yard, but not on our neighbors. I called Spring Green and they said the would send a technician out to look at it. I told them that I needed a supervisor or the owner to come out and see what was going on. Joe came out and the first words out of his mouth was that I had Brown Patch. I told him that I would not accept that as the problem since it was in my entire back yard and side yards where I have never had brown patch.. He shrugged and said what do you want me to do, you have brown patch in your entire yard. I asked him to explain why it wasn't eating up my neighbor's grass on either side of the house, but just my yard (the yards touch each other). He said my neighbors must water their lawns differently. I fired him on the spot and called another lawn service to come out and look at my lawn. They came out and examined it and told me I had herbicide damage to the St. Augustine and some small areas of brown patch starting in the back yard. I asked them what would cause so much damage and they said that spraying a Bermuda pre-emergent on the St. Augustine would definitely cause damage to the St. Augustine grass. Case closed. Spring Green lazy technician didn't change chemicals for back yard and he destroyed it. New lawn care company said they could not treat the yard until spring to see how extensive the damage will be. Spring Green definitely spray and fertilizer my yard with a full application of product. When I call, they respond within that week and sometimes on Saturday. Their price is so much cheaper than the other guys. I have a surveillance system so I can verify later that I am getting what I am paying for. Others have cheated me by spraying for 10 minutes and setting in vehicle. They advise me of problem areas and suggest fixes. I have had others to recommend their service. I am very satisfied with the service and prices. when I leave notes of instructions on my payment or account, they read them and respond. I highly recommend this company for your yard maintenance. read more

Unknown by us, our contract with the lawn care company we've had for years was taken over by another company, with which we've had prior unsatisfactory experience. Our lawn began to 'die-out' and have a lot of bare spots.....we've lived here for over 23 years and NEVER had this problem before. When we inquired about the problem, we learned about the take-over. We were so happy to find Sprint-Green. Our lawn is vibrant again. We've recently been told by a tree removel contractor, that it's the best looking lawn in the neighborhood! Spring-Green began by taking a soil sample, and adapted treatment specific to our lawn's needs. Within a month, it bagan to 'green-up' and the bare spots began to disappear.
