Easy to make an appointment, on time and very knowledgeable, honest and good pricing!!! I had another plumbing company come to work on my plumbing and they were dishonest and just wanted more and more money. The other company wanted to tear up my Living room to replace some of the sewer pipe under my home. This was the only option the other company would tell me to repair my kitchen sewer pipe. There would still be 30 feet of old cast iron pipe under my slab which could burst in the future. I decided to get a second opinion. Thank god I did!!! Justin from Aiken Plumbing was my 2nd opinion. He told me just to reroute the plumbing to the outside of my home so I could avoid tearing up the inside of my house and being inconvenienced with the workmen in my home. He said sure it will cost a little more but at least if there were any future problems the plumbing would have easy access in the future. So I went with Justin's advice and used Aiken Plumbing to have our sewer pipe rerouted to the outside of our home. Aiken Plumbing worked hard in the hot sun and removed my pavers nicely and also removed my grass then dug the deep trench. The pipe was then installed and the grass put back. Aiken Plumbing did an excellent job and guess what!!!??? Aiken Plumbing charged me less to do all this extra work than the other company!!!! Aiken Plumbing saved me thousands of dollars and now I have all new pipe going from my kitchen sink to my front yard sewer clean out drain. Plus they did all this work in 2 days!! I contacted Justin as my garbage disposal was not working and my drinking water filters needed to be replaced. He came next day, replaced the garbage disposal with a new one, and took photos of the filters so he could see if his supplier had them. Said he'd get back to me on the filters. I paid him the $315 for garbage disposal. A few weeks later, I texted him to see if he was able to find the filters. No response. Then, the starter button for the garbage disposal quit working.I again reached out to him by text. No response. I emailed him. No response. Had a backed up kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. Garbage disposal would just swirl water. We had a toilet that wasn't flushing well. Home Warranty wouldn't covered it. We found roots coming up into the toilet flange. Aiken had the most reasonable pricing up front. When Justin came we soon discovered the toilet I ordered didn't fit in the spot we needed it installed. He was calm and solution oriented the whole time. Hired Justin of Aiken Plumbing for first time yesterday. Called in morning. Poor cell coverage where he was working but he called me back in a little over an hour and said he could take a look at the end of the day (4-6pm window). Showed up about 4:30 I think. I needed upstairs broken toilet flange replaced/raised for toilet that was leaking onto ceiling of downstairs bathroom. A fair amount of work and a trip to Lowe's for some parts and he was finished in around 2 hours I think. Very reasonable price I thought and straightforward job without any baloney which is what I was looking for. We had terrible noises coming from our plumbing in the guest bath. We'd used Aiken Plumbing before but I could not find Justin's number so called one of the big highly rated OC companies. Unfortunately they were not able to diagnose the problem, left us worse off than before and $170 out of pocket. Their estimate to fully diagnose the problem involved a lot of work and $$$$. My husband was not home at the time of the visit and was astounded at the estimate, not to mention puzzled about the lack of diagnosis. So I located Justin's number and he was able to come out. Within three minutes he'd worked out that the hot water faucet was not switching all the way off hence the build up of pressure in the pipes. He simply installed a new faucet.
