I recently contracted Aaron of A.W. & Sons Plumbing to do work on my condominium to fix a very serious problem with my sewage pipe that was shared by another unit downstream from me. I contracted A.W. & Sons Plumbing to replace all the sewage piping and bypass pipes from the other unit to minimize any additional piping issues which resulted in my own stand-alone pipe. The job entailed cutting out the old pipes that are suspended from the condominium complex garage structure ceiling and replacing it with new pipes and rerouting it around the other unit which had several piping issues. The work was coordinated with the other impacted units and Aaron performed the work flawlessly in the time window allotted thereby minimizing the impact on the neighbors. I needed a new kitchen faucet installed. Since I've used both Lowes and Home Depot for installation in the past and had to call them back to fix leaks, this time I figured I'd just pay a few extra bucks and get a real plumber to do it. Well, they may have been inept on the original try but at least when they came back they fixed the problem. Can't say as much for this outfit. They came back and tightened the drain pipe connections. Since it still leaked the next day, I texted them back. They texted me back and said that I needed new drain pipes. Texted them back and said let's schedule a repair date. Then they went radio silent on me. After a month of no response, I just fixed it myself without installing new drain pipes. read more

Worst plumbing company. Had him come for bathroom stoppage, and he said our main line needed replacing. He replaced the main under the house but we had another company replace the main from the house to the street because his price was outrageous. Unfortunately, the reason we had him come out is still an issue. Now when I call him back he tells me to call the plumber that did the street work. His bill says he removed all old pipes under the house. He didn't. A W & son's completely ripped us off and his nasty attitude is even worse. read more

Have been having AW & Aaron doing work on both an HOA & Single Family Homes & he is always responsive whether it's a back-up or major home plumbing issue. Most recently we had a back-up of a toilet & he came in a timely manner to clean out the line. It was not an easy fix & he methodically took it step by step eventually clearing out the line. He has great machines for Hydro-jetting & that has been a lifesaver. While he recommended lining the existing cast iron lines, he also provided us with recommendations of doing maintenance until we decide whether to go forward with lining. He also suggested we can have other plumbing companies take a look & provide estimates & recommendations. Never tries to upsell & is always providing updates on the situation & alternatives while working. At an HOA, he has found major issues that were causing back-ups from a previous plumber that had installed clean-outs. It was a major issue because our HOA had experienced a major backup that caused significant damages that the HOA & insurance needed to remediate. If U want the job don't right, do not hesitate to call Aaron at AW & Sons. Finally, it is important to consider that there are Very Few companies where the person that comes out to provide an estimate is both the actual Owner of the company & the person that actually does the work. No worries about communication or not having a qualified person doing the work. I'm so glad I went with Aaron and his crew. We needed a re-pipe of our house. Aaron worked with our budget, and his team showed up exactly on time and ready to work. Wow. This review is overdue. AW Sons was the right plumber at the right time! We were in a bind as we had two bathrooms that needed repairs right away or construction would be delayed. The plumber our contractor uses was backed up for over two weeks! This was bad. Everyone told us to wait for the trusted plumber our contractor uses but I read AW Sons reviews and took the leap. My wife and I recently got a condo and needed some help with with putting in a gas line, new tub and change out all the old plumbing and fixtures. I asked around and the same family own business kept getting mentioned, A.W. & Sons Plumbing. We are so happy we went with them! Our plumber who is also the owner of the operation was punctual very knowledgeable and did a great job communicating what needed to be done. Upon arrival for the estimate he was able to tell us if it was possible to put in a gas line and how much it would cost. When it came to the putting in a new tub he knew immediately which one we needed and that put us at ease because it can be overwhelming with all the choices. Another thing we appreciated was regarding the hardware for the tub. We already purchased the hardware for the shower head in advance to go with the tub but to cut cost we went with a off brand. Anthony the plumber was very respectful in putting into perspective why it would be a good idea to put in a few extra dollars to purchase a better brand and how in the long run that would be valuable. This being our first remodel my wife and I were so grateful. Doing a little more digging we read horror stories of valves giving out on inferior products so the pro tip from Anthony was greatly appreciated. Once we schedule them for the work they kept to the agreed upon date and time which was crucial to our timeline. Also their POS was so so easy and seamless, I got an invoice via email upon completion of work and all the payment options were spelled out for me so easily! I wish all tradesmen would use similar methods.
