So pleased with their service! I was having a hard time finding someone that would respond to my inquiry on a weekend night and provide a quote. Olivia the manager was very communicative and efficient. She sent Chris over as soon as they had an opening which was the next morning. I dropped a very valuable earring in the bathroom sink and was hoping it would be stuck in the P trap. For whatever reason the kind we have doesn't unscrew on two ends to easily detach and fish out my earring on my own. Anyway, I was worried I had lost it. Within two minutes Chris retrieved it. Chris and Olivia are a great team. Chris was able to come out the same week I contacted them and went right to work when he got here. I had some old style shut off valves under my kitchen sink and when I went to shut them off to replace the kitchen faucet it wouldn't come back on. Chris replaced the two shut off valves with 1/4 turn ball valves and replaced the faucet for me as well. I had a couple other plumbing projects I wanted him to look at while he was here and was able to diagnose the issue and give an estimate on the spot. My toilet was clogged and tought I did EVERYTHING to try and unclog it. I reached out to my community Mission Viejo Facebook page to ask for advice. Chris and Olivia reached out to me, and after having uncessful tries myself, I asked them for help. They came very quickly and my interactions with them were very pleasant. Chris didn't mess around, he came with a snake auger and went right to work and two minutes later he pulled out the problem! Apparently a makeup cap (I store my makeup above the toilet) fell into the toilet and clogged it. His snake literally pierced right through it. He didn't try and sell me on unnecessary work or repairs, it was $95 which they told me before they came and I was happy to pay to have it fixed. I could have made it a lot worse if they hadn't come. Great company! Olivia will answer any questions in a promptly manner. I had mine over the weekend and she was a trooper! We talked about the job, pricing and schedule. Upon agreement a time window was provided for the arrival time. The day of the appointment, Olivia called to let me know the approximate time of arrival. This was key, I had time to run to the market! Not all the companies take the time to let you know a more precise time of arrival. Chris arrived, took a look and started working. Replaced the kitchen faucet and the garbage disposal that I got. One thing to be aware is the smell that comes from the pipes once they are opened! Yikes! What a strong smell that took hours to go. Other than the smell, the work was completed with only one minor hiccup - the garbage disposal that I bought did not have electrical cord. Chris went to HD to get it and completed the job. After job was completed, we tested both units. He collected the boxes, the old units. Both the kitchen faucet and the garbage disposal are working fine. I would give 10 stars if I could . Very responsive and available during weekends . Olivia was good with the coordination and on point without a lot of swindling which is usually seen when you ask for estimates . Now comes Chris , Hero of the day !! An amazing gentleman and a very meticulous and thorough professional. Also he was accommodating in wearing the booties that was supplied and taking it off and on as it went out and came into the house which a lot of people just don't care to do lol. I was dealing with some bad, complex drain issues , with my dual sink which also kindda propagated to my shower line . I loved the approach Chris took in resolving my complex clog issue which by no means was a simple job as it sounds . He ran multiple rounds of snaking from my sink line as well as shower line which took some time and Chris handled it like a Champ . I also had a pin hole leak with my shower head which I had installed which was mainly due to a design flaw and my shoddy install combined and Chris patiently fixed it by undoing my mess and then reinstalling it . He also did a great job fixing my towel holder and was pretty quick. Overall a wonderful experience from start to finish . Very Honest and Reasonable .
