ALEX IS THE *BEST*. I've had pest control service in Colorado and Oregon and they did not come close to Alex. He is extremely friendly and informative, taking the time to answer questions and explain what he was doing. I just had him out again today to stay on top of the fire ants on my property, lay out kill bait for the scorpions and spray in and out for spiders. The first time he came, 2 months ago, the effect was immediate. I've had no crickets invading my house, no spiders around me (thank God), etc. Heck, even the flies that found their way indoors died! Alex's business is typically closer to Dallas, but he is willing to come all the way out here to do the excellent job of keeping me feeling a whole lot less squeamish! His service is relatively inexpensive (PARTICULARLY for how thorough a job he does). I won't ever use anyone else. Thank you Alex!!! He had a great personality to make you think he was really trying to help you. He never showed me where he thought the access points were, he only said he think he know where they are getting in. I found out later from another pest company that he only sat two trays of bait at the door in the attic which would not do any good to reach the rat(s). He charged me over $100 to do nothing........ Hired this company to keep rodents out of our attic. That was the initial call that got them out…read morehere. First couple trips they just added traps in attic to the ones I had already set out. Finally got them to send "exclusion" guy. He walked around the house told me some stuff to do and was here couple of hours. And he didn't do any exclusion work. The rodents continued to get into our attic. Finally I did my own inspection and from the roof I found substantial hole in fascia. Patched that and no more rodents. All along they were charging $50 month and would come out anytime I asked to empty traps or put more in. It was also messy when I was told I was on annual plan and couldn't cancel. They're knowledgeable, they're professional and happy to listen to anything you may be concerned with. I had two wasps nests that they removed with no issues and no harm to them or the wasps.
