There was someone watching a movie inside the store and I could hear their phone audio throughout my massage. I was cold most of my massage. I think maybe the 2nd room with the table possibly had a heater option but I wasn't offered it. The interesting: The massage was broken up into two segments. Normally, at most massage places you're in one room and you're on your stomach first then your back. However, here, you're on your back first in a different area with your clothes on and then transferred to a different room on your stomach with your clothes off.
