I have experienced pain and soreness on my right sole for several months (triggered during my regular walking exercise.) I went to see the podiatrist who told me that it was not a structural issue (e.g., no broken bones based on the x rays) and that I should stop the walking exercise until the sole healed. I then went to see a physical therapist who recommended stretching exercises which alleviated the pain for only a few minutes.. I was so concerned that I finally decided to see a massage therapist as I was effectively treated for my back pain (incurred after lifting heavy boxes during a move) about 15 years ago with massage. From the moment you walk in, a sense of peace and calm starts to wash over you as you're led to your room. The instructions are simple: remove your clothing, keep your undergarments on, and relax while you enjoy your massage.
