Kelly did amazing!! She did perfect nails for my wedding! I have long nails and she took her time to make it perfect without breaking any!! Love it!

There was no one in the nail salon, but both the pedicure technician and nail technician rushed through the service. The nail technician was rude and kept making comments about my nails. They both tried to upsell me on a more premium service and once I told them I only wanted the basic service they were very inattentive. It was over $80 for a basic gel manicure and pedicure. There's dried gel polish on my skin around my nails. Very unhappy with the service. Definitely not worth it. I will not be going back.

I needed a simple last minute manicure and pedicure for my cousin's wedding this weekend. Just needed a simple nude color and they had many options, in addition to many different manicure and pedicure options. The staff here is friendly and accommodating (providing things such as a pillow to prop up hands during manicure, etc.) My nails came out awesome and I'm happy with them! :) I will say the visit was a little awkward inside the salon, as there was no music or TV playing during the time I was in there so the silence was a little funny -- I found myself looking around the salon and outside lol Otherwise, would recommend their services and will definitely return for a more sophisticated manicure

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS NAIL SALON! I'm super picky when it comes to nail techs because although I only do simple nails, it's hard to find someone who does it right. Luckily, I decided to come here on a whim because I was in the area and needed my nails done before Christmas and the New Year, and got Kelly as my nail tech. She is AMAZING. I walked in to get old gel polished removed. She not only cut me and made me bleed once but three times. One wouldn't stop bleeding! It kept bleeding and she kept putting different things on it trying to stop the bleeding. None of the three things she tried helped. I didn't even go in for cuticle cleaning. I just wanted the old gel removed. Then I had to pay $25 for this result. Just terrible. read more

My friend and I have been looking for a top notch nail salon and we finally found Aimer Nail Bar. My friend had been wanting to try Gel X and now we are glued to always getting it. Aimer Nail Bar also offers Cat Eye, which I have been looking for to no avail. The nail tech Kelly is the sweetest. She is talented in what she does. Aimer Nail Bar has the best nail techs around! I always book with Kelly for my manis and Lina for my pedis. Lina is amazing, i've used to suffer from ingrowns but Lina is so careful! I don't let anyone but these to touch my nails. Kelly is amazing, she always knows just what I need or is ready to execute whatever I ask her for. I love the vibe here, it is very calm and peaceful. I asked if I needed to get my legs and arms done and said I didn't need to yet. The previous person I would go to would always say yes, but Beata didn't try to upsell or make me get extra services I did not need to. Thank you for being honest! Once she was done she handed me an exfoliation glove and also texted me which product to buy. I asked about my next appointment and she said I could just text her and we could book it. I will be going back because customer service is very important to me. She definitely makes you feel welcome and treats you as if she were your friend. Thank you, Beata! She did not realize that I speak Vietnamese, so I understood everything being said. The situation made me very uncomfortable and felt extremely unprofessional. Despite this, I still left a tip, and she proceeded to comment on the amount, which only added to the disrespect. When I said goodbye to her in Vietnamese and let her know that I understood the conversation, it was clear she had not expected that. Professionalism and respect should be a given in any service environment, and it's definitely lacking here. I will not be returning. For potential customers considering this salon, be aware that conversations you don't understand may not always be appropriate.

I have been hankering for a pedicure for a while, and not just any pedicure. I wanted something…read moremore therapeutic. My feet have been through it the last couple of years (sports) and I wanted to get serious about caring for them properly, not just getting them painted. Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. And thanks again for the massage therapist recommendation. Rest and recovery, here I come!

If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

Horrible!!!!! I just got my nails done tonight its so disgusting & dirty. The people there are unprofessional & rude. I got pink & whites which are uneven BTW! Well because like everyone else on this country am going through financial hardship. So since i haven't treated myself to anything nice lately I want to get my nails done. Well for pink & whites I usually get the gloss which is $5 extra but I didn't wana pay & from the brand they have (white bottle) I've experienced them turning yellow. So when she asked I declined politely. Well she kept harassing me into getting it so I explained to her nicely once again I didn't want it & instead I wanted her to buff my nails. Buffing is free & it gives u a beautiful natural shine. She said ok & proceeded on. At the end of our session she went to buff my nails & had told me that it would be an extra fee of $5!!!!!! Ur joking!?!?! It's bad enough they're over priced with the pink & whites for $35 but the quality of work wasn't work $2. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe she tried to jip me out of every penny I had. There's no way in hell I tipped her. Shes lucky I even paid. I highly recommend Aimer Nail Bar. I recently took my girlfriend there to get her eyelashes and nails done. As soon as we stepped inside, the vibe was welcoming and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. They were nice when explaining all about the different types of eyelashes and nail services. The salon was clean and had clean equipment. The attention to detail was on point, and they are experts at what they do. My girlfriend will be coming back.
