It is difficult to make great GF baked goods. There are tons out there that are just not good or worth the bother. The first time I came to Aime's Love I was impressed with the service and I love the back room full of art and comfortable chairs so you can get a treat and hang with your friends. Now I have been a few times and the service is always excellent. I am deaf so its not impossible for people to be rude or unaware with me but they are so kind and patient and thoughtful in their communication which I appreciate. The first time I got several boxes of one of each for my friends at work and even though only half of us are GF it was all gone in an hour:) It was all very delicious and rich and I am happy I can say that because I am snooty about my baked goods. It really has to be worth it for the calories and sugar if Im going to indulge. This is the kind of place I will bring friends and family for a special treat! Order a cake for my husbands birthday - I was a little shocked by the $250 price tag, but both gals were really friendly and helpful- Plus it's gluten-free so I placed the order. When I told them I would be here at 8 AM on Sunday to pick it up they were both relieved seeing that it would give them plenty of time. Showed up at 8:30 AM Sunday- there open sign is off and I'm greeted with a frantic woman behind the counter informing me my cake isn't ready... The last thing I want is some frantic woman finishing off the detail of the cake. Very unprofessional they should've called and let me know that it wasn't quite ready and when it would be. Wow! I love this place. They did a wonderful job with our special order cupcakes to reveal our baby's gender :) the breakfast sandwich was very yummy! The customer service was outstanding. I took my mom here because it was gluten free and it can be hard for her to eat out. One sandwich, two sides, two drinks, and two desserts cost us about $30 which would have been fine if the food had been delicious, but it was not. The turkey, cranberry and brie sandwich was just okay. The bread was very heavy and overall lacked flavor. For sides we had the broccoli salad which was probably the best thing we had. We also got the 'baked' chips which were awful. The moment I picked them up I didn't want to eat them because they were dripping in oil. For dessert, we ordered the nanaimo bar, which was decent, but the whoopie pie was not edible at all. We threw it away after one bite. Ordered a cake from them on 7/25/15 for party on 9/12/15. On 9/12 arrived per their request before 9am and the time had been confirmed with them on 9/10. Cake was not ready, making me late for the celebration, and the color was not even close to what was requested and promised. We had even emailed them a photo of what we wanted. We ordered a chocolate birthday cake for my daughter's fifth birthday and it was incredible! People could not stop commenting on how amazing the cake was. They couldn't believe it was gluten-free. Most gluten-free cakes are really dry. This cake was like eating a brownie with fudge on top of it! But a brownie with cake consistency. Delicious. Fantastic! Our entire family went gluten free after our son completed his treatment for cancer, and we love this place! It's super convenient, and it is perfect when we want a treat. I'm so grateful for Aime's Love! We've eaten there when visiting family as well as treated ourselves to some of the pastries. For my first Christmas after being diagnosed with celiac, I preordered 2 pumpkin muffins and an individual pumpkin pie. They were delicious and the muffins had a lovely presentation. I am not gluten free and everything I have ever had in the past did not taste good. I stopped by Aimed for a cup of coffee and I sampled a piece of their bread. I was very impressed, the taste and texture was just like regular bread. I returned the following week and decided to try a daddys unfried donut. It tasted great. I never knew gluten free could taste this good! I have tried several other items on the menu and I have not been disappointed. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The coffee is very good. If you are gluten free definitely stop by this bakery, you will love it as much as I do, also check out the cake decor book. There are some really neat and creative cakes. read more

I have never purchased a gluten-free cake before and wasn't sure what to expect, but I was delighted with the taste and texture of the beautifully decorated cake for my daughter's Sweet 16 party. I loved this cafe. The sandwhich I had was delicious and very fresh and the owner was super friendly and helpful. I have a multiple food allergies and when I was asking questions she was helpful and patient. Most people are annoyed when I have to ask allergy questions. The homeade potato chips were wonderful and the cupcakes I got were sweet but not tooo sweet and the chocolate cherry truffle was delicious. I will be going back again. read more

So glad we found this completely gluten free bakery/cafe! My kids were looking around like kids in a candy shoppe so excited everything was gluten free! :). We've been gluten free almost a year and while the change has been good and the kids notice the benefits, it's tough going other places and seeing delicious looking treats they can't eat. Even better, everything was delicious! We bought several cupcakes, many of them were filled, and oh so good! The vanilla dream cupcake was the best anything I've had in a long time. So I went after they first opened and it was okay but I went a couple weeks later and got some cupcakes and cake slices. I wanted truffles but there were nuts all over the tray with the truffles and seeing as I have a nut allergy I couldn't get any. So I tried a cupcake and it was okay but the frosting was very hard which was disappointing and the cake slice was worse very dry and crumbly and the frosting was hard on that as well. They need better quality control and cross contamination control who knows what goes on in the back if they can't keep their front case cross contamination free with nuts and the cake slices and cupcakes up to date in the case. read more

I love this place. Plain and simple. I love their everything bagels and would eat them all day, every day if I could. Their lemon bars are fantastic and very rich. I am very surprised they don't have 5 stars because their range of product are spectacular. I will say this, ordered Hawaiian rolls for a family dinner. Though they are delicious, they definitely weren't Hawaiian. More like a delicious sourdough with a denser texture. Very tasty, but not exactly what I thought I was ordering. I don't typically like cookies, but I gobble down their pillow-like chocolate chip cookies. I have been to all the gluten free bakeries in Colorado ( though that isn't saying much) and Aime's Love is easy #1 for texture, flavor, variety, and friendly-ness. read more

I was hesitant to visit this place based on the review of Kristin M, skeptical of what I would find. I am a foodie and it is hard for me to find places that surprise me more than disappoint me. The sandwich looked a little on the small size and I kept flashing to that review asking myself what was I thinking....I steeled my self and took a bite........Heaven followed. it was moist tasty crunchy and flavorful. I saw the chocolate covered bacon and drooled on my shirt, so of course had to get one of those as well... the first time (yes I loved this place and went back) it was overly greasy, I mentioned this to the head baker and the next time I came in it was perfect. WHAT a place that listens to customer suggestions!!!!!!!! I have tried cakes, muffin tops. cookies, cupcakes...I love this place I buy bread there because the gluten free bread in stores is too dry. My husband and kids love it as well they do not do gluten free..... We finally have a place we can all have goodies instead of them getting something tasty looking and me ending up with a sub-par snack. This bakery has astronomical prices. You can drive 20 minutes to Boulder and find higher quality gluten-free items for lower pricing. Flour is a critical choice with gluten-free items and all of these items taste like they have been sitting in a cupboard for months. Yesterday evening my husband stopped in this cute little bakery as he was passing by. He bought 2 cupcakes, a Boston cream cupcake, a carrot Cake cupcake & a chocolate bacon strip. The price for these 3 items came out to be $11 & some change. In my opinion very over priced for cupcakes. With the high price I was expecting delicious deserts but got the exact opposite. The cupcakes were very cold & as soon as I picked up the Boston cream cupcake it crumbled. It was very dry & hard to eat. The chocolate icing was frozen on top as well. The carrot cake one did the very same thing. The only good thing about that one was the icing was decent. The bacon was just as frozen as the cupcakes we ate & had a very stail taste. I was extremely disappointed expecially for what we paid for them. I will not be going back it just was not worth it for me. Not Good At all read more
