    Le Club sandwich

I had a great lunch at Moxie Bread Co! We got two sandwiches and two cookies. The sandwich bread was phenomenal, and complemented the flavor of the meats. The Sicilian sandwich spread is a little bit spicy but the bread tones it down well. I really liked the Le Club sandwich with turkey and bacon. Both were dressed with fresh salad greens. We tried the toffee pecan and ginger molasses cookies, which were great, and only $3.75 a piece. I also got an iced salted maple latte with oatmilk. Also very good! They bake bread and pastries in-house with locally sourced heirloom grain flour. They make breads with slow fermentation processes making the end product delicious and overall better for your body. AKA: A really high quality. You can purchase loaves of bread as well as grain flour and sourdough starter. They have options for vegetarians, vegans, and those that are gluten-free. In addition to sandwiches and pastries, they have salads, sides, and a nice coffee bar. The only alternative milk offered is oat milk. There's a cute little shop inside as well featuring local, artesian goods and foods. I like that there is indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio area along the main street. Overall, the quality and taste really made this spot worth a visit, I certainly will be back to try more things!

Super friendly staff, so many delicious food options, great vibes for seating as well. Food was tasty and fresh. Wish I could go back and try everything.

The tiny container of white bean salad is now more than $8.

The food here is terrific however, they have started shrinking everything except the price. The Jerusalem bagel is now half the size from a year ago. When does this type of " gaming" end??

Top-tier bakery - breads, pastries, everything. We drive 45 minutes from Fort Collins just to eat here. Bonus points that they're super nice.

I happened to be in the Louisville area for lunch and thought I'd stop by Moxie Bread Co to check out their pastries--heard they're one of the few bakeries in CO that sells kouigan amanns. Those became one of my faves after living in Hawaii. I ended up ordering 3 different pastries to take home--chocolate croissant, caramel apple danish, and key lime cheesecake kouigan amann. It wasn't until I got home that I realized I was given the wrong kouigan amann, which was a tad bit disappointing. Instead of the key lime cheesecake flavor, it was some kind of strawberry and almond flavor. I like almond flavored pastries so it wasn't a terrible error, just not what I was expecting. The chocolate croissant was just okay, wouldn't get it again if I were to stop by this bakery again. Haven't tried the danish yet, so we'll see. The staff member who took my order was nice and friendly, but the price of the pastries (almost $20) wasn't worth it, in my opinion. I wouldn't make a special trip here even if I was craving a kouigan amann--I can get one here in Boulder--but I'm glad I tried this place since it's been on my list for some time.

Super cute place with a nice menu. Large avocado toast was great. Needed salt but no worries. I wanted to try the special ricotta toast with blueberry compote but I had to choose. My daughter had the lox bagel. Also delicious. Vanilla latte and mocha just fine. Things to buy. I drove a ways to get there and it was worth it!

The bakery itself is a cute cottage style in the center of downtown. Every morning the community of Louisville and Boulder slowly trickle in and you can see everyone in town making their way towards it. The service was fantastic. The staff are friendly, fast and knowledgeable and genuinely care about what they do. The food was the piece de resistance I think I could eat here every morning and not get sick of it. To top it all off they mill in house with their own heritage grains and sell their bread daily.

Such a cute bakery and cafe in Louisville. There's some seating inside but way more space outside. Outside is covered so it's not directly in the sun but it can still get a bit sunny. The chairs are tree stumps. The inside is cute and has eclectic decor. The bread here is to die for. I recently just tried the cafe for the first time. The spicy chai wasn't too spicy but tasted good. The raspberry lemon cruffin was amazing. There was so much filling so it was a bit messy to eat but that's the perfect cruffin. Also not too sweet. People are so sweet.

What a treat to stop at Moxie Bread in Louisville for lunch today. When you walk in, you can smell the amazing artisan breads and pastries that are freshly baked. I ordered the Roasted Tomato and Red Pepper soup. Incredibly rich and thick. The grilled cheese Panini was the best grilled cheese sandwich I've ever tasted. Oh wow, the delish bread and decadent cheese. My wife was super impressed with the Via Moxie Sandwich. Yum! I hope we make another trip to Moxie for breakfast before we leave on Sunday. I can understand why Moxie was a James Beard semi-finalist in 2018 and 2019. They would get my vote for the best local bakery in the country.

Absolute hidden gem in Colorado. The decor was so welcoming and different from the usual cafe ambiance, more vintage. I got a turkey sandwich and the bread was nothing like any cafe sandwich i've ever had, super fresh! The cashier at the register was really friendly too and gave some really thoughtful food suggestions to me and my group (we were so indecisive). Definitely would go again

New Caledonia Sandwich - best Vegan Sandwich and maybe just plain sandwich I've ever had!

Excellent pastries, yet priced quite high, even compared with other high end bakeries.

So enjoyed the sandwiches and local ingredients that I keep forgetting to take photos. They offer a great menu of amazing sandwiches with so many great fillings and flavor combinations. The meats are always fresh and tasty with the fresh ingredients that complement each ingredient and make each sandwich special. Yesterday we had the sandwich of the week which offered ham, baked Brie with cranberry chutney and sliced green apple on a crusty bread. We also had the prosciutto with goat cheese, sliced apple and arugula on a crusty roll. Both were amazing! What made it a win win was they offered sandwich halves so we were able to enjoy 2 sandwich halves and still stay on our light meals program. They offer local potato chips and beverages that complimented the sandwiches. Staff is so nice and helpful and they offer seating in a very cozy comfortable atmosphere. This is a fantastic place to stop in or grab to go but either way you will be enjoying a superb "sanqweech" Don't miss out on this place! Bon appetitto

So many places just use cheap cuts of meat and processed everything. I love the freshness and quality that Organic Sandwich Company brings to their menu. They have some unique concoctions for their sandwiches and offer a lot of variety especially for those with dietary restrictions. I've tried a bunch of their menu items but sometimes just a simple turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo sandwich on French bread does the trick. Really nice people working there and this location is quaint, but lovely. I especially love their little herb garden box out front greeting you with a refreshing aroma as you walk through the door. I'll always support this business doing it right and feeding the community wholesome, delicious food.

The drinks were definitely expensive, but we were happy to pay for a quality experience at an upscale restaurant. We ordered multiple appetizers, had several drinks, sat at the bar for quite a while, and honestly about to leave thinking this was a place we would probably come back to. That changed the second the bill arrived. Buried into the check was a 7% "kitchen surcharge." In other words, the restaurant decided to pass along kitchen payroll costs directly onto the customer without being upfront about it. If you're not paying close attention, you could easily end up tipping on top of that surcharge as well, essentially paying an extra hidden fee without realizing it. At a restaurant positioning itself as upscale and classy, this came across as incredibly tacky and cheap. Pay your staff properly and price your menu accordingly instead of sneaking surprise fees onto the bill at the very end. That's not hospitality. That's the kind of nickel and diming people expect from budget airlines, not a supposedly high end dining experience. It completely ruined what had otherwise been a nice night. We were seriously considering coming back before this happened. Now we won't return.
