Super friendly staff, so many delicious food options, great vibes for seating as well. Food was tasty and fresh. Wish I could go back and try everything.

The tiny container of white bean salad is now more than $8.

The food here is terrific however, they have started shrinking everything except the price. The Jerusalem bagel is now half the size from a year ago. When does this type of " gaming" end??

Top-tier bakery - breads, pastries, everything. We drive 45 minutes from Fort Collins just to eat here. Bonus points that they're super nice.

I happened to be in the Louisville area for lunch and thought I'd stop by Moxie Bread Co to check out their pastries--heard they're one of the few bakeries in CO that sells kouigan amanns. Those became one of my faves after living in Hawaii. I ended up ordering 3 different pastries to take home--chocolate croissant, caramel apple danish, and key lime cheesecake kouigan amann. It wasn't until I got home that I realized I was given the wrong kouigan amann, which was a tad bit disappointing. Instead of the key lime cheesecake flavor, it was some kind of strawberry and almond flavor. I like almond flavored pastries so it wasn't a terrible error, just not what I was expecting. The chocolate croissant was just okay, wouldn't get it again if I were to stop by this bakery again. Haven't tried the danish yet, so we'll see. The staff member who took my order was nice and friendly, but the price of the pastries (almost $20) wasn't worth it, in my opinion. I wouldn't make a special trip here even if I was craving a kouigan amann--I can get one here in Boulder--but I'm glad I tried this place since it's been on my list for some time.

Super cute place with a nice menu. Large avocado toast was great. Needed salt but no worries. I wanted to try the special ricotta toast with blueberry compote but I had to choose. My daughter had the lox bagel. Also delicious. Vanilla latte and mocha just fine. Things to buy. I drove a ways to get there and it was worth it!

The bakery itself is a cute cottage style in the center of downtown. Every morning the community of Louisville and Boulder slowly trickle in and you can see everyone in town making their way towards it. The service was fantastic. The staff are friendly, fast and knowledgeable and genuinely care about what they do. The food was the piece de resistance I think I could eat here every morning and not get sick of it. To top it all off they mill in house with their own heritage grains and sell their bread daily.

Such a cute bakery and cafe in Louisville. There's some seating inside but way more space outside. Outside is covered so it's not directly in the sun but it can still get a bit sunny. The chairs are tree stumps. The inside is cute and has eclectic decor. The bread here is to die for. I recently just tried the cafe for the first time. The spicy chai wasn't too spicy but tasted good. The raspberry lemon cruffin was amazing. There was so much filling so it was a bit messy to eat but that's the perfect cruffin. Also not too sweet. People are so sweet.

What a treat to stop at Moxie Bread in Louisville for lunch today. When you walk in, you can smell the amazing artisan breads and pastries that are freshly baked. I ordered the Roasted Tomato and Red Pepper soup. Incredibly rich and thick. The grilled cheese Panini was the best grilled cheese sandwich I've ever tasted. Oh wow, the delish bread and decadent cheese. My wife was super impressed with the Via Moxie Sandwich. Yum! I hope we make another trip to Moxie for breakfast before we leave on Sunday. I can understand why Moxie was a James Beard semi-finalist in 2018 and 2019. They would get my vote for the best local bakery in the country.

Absolute hidden gem in Colorado. The decor was so welcoming and different from the usual cafe ambiance, more vintage. I got a turkey sandwich and the bread was nothing like any cafe sandwich i've ever had, super fresh! The cashier at the register was really friendly too and gave some really thoughtful food suggestions to me and my group (we were so indecisive). Definitely would go again

New Caledonia Sandwich - best Vegan Sandwich and maybe just plain sandwich I've ever had!

Excellent pastries, yet priced quite high, even compared with other high end bakeries.

Some restaurants serve food…read more La Belle French Bakery serves edible works of art. The moment you walk through the door, it's obvious this isn't a place that cuts corners. Between the pastry case that looks like it belongs in a museum and croissants so perfectly golden brown they almost appear artificial, every item seems to have been crafted with an almost unreasonable amount of care. I ordered the breakfast croissant, a black coffee, and a blueberry muffin. Now, I firmly believe a bakery's coffee should be judged the same way a singer is judged performing acoustically: no fancy tricks, no backup dancers, nowhere to hide. If your black coffee is excellent, everything else is built on a strong foundation. Thankfully, La Belle passed that test with flying colors. The breakfast croissant somehow managed to be both delicately flaky and impossibly soft at the same time. Every bite left a trail of evidence on my shirt that I regret absolutely none of. I'm fairly certain the croissant received more quality control inspections than my first apartment. The blueberry muffin was equally impressive, striking that magical balance between homemade comfort and professional craftsmanship. But if I had to describe La Belle in a single word, it would be love. You do not create food this visually stunning and effortlessly delicious unless the people behind it are deeply passionate about what they do. Every pastry, sandwich, dessert, and loaf of bread seemed to radiate the kind of attention to detail normally associated with Swiss watchmakers, NASA engineers, and grandmothers preparing for a family gathering. I've had plenty of delicious meals before. What stood out here wasn't just the flavor - it was the unmistakable feeling that every item was made by people who genuinely care about their craft. The passion wasn't subtle. It practically walked out from behind the counter, introduced itself, and insisted I try another pastry. By the time I left, I had already started recommending La Belle to friends. Between finishing brunch this morning and writing this review tonight, I've probably talked about this bakery more than any reasonable person should. And honestly? I regret nothing. 10/10. I'll absolutely be back.

I tried Mexican chocolate, red velvet, peanut butter chocolate chip, and Funfetti. The cookies are baked fresh, and it was about a 10 minute wait. The wait was so worth it! The cookies come out piping hot. They were crispy on the outside and deliciously chewy in the middle, and each cookie had a distinct flavor. My favorite was the Mexican chocolate chip, which was cinnamon sugar, dark chocolate chunks, and a little bit of spicy cayenne. My second favorite was the peanut butter cookie with peanut butter and chocolate chips- just a really good peanut butter cookie! The Red Velvet and the Funfetti were a tie for me. In addition to made to order cookies, Boulder Bakes has cupcakes, cake slices, ice cream, coffee, cookies cakes, and tomato soup/grilled cheese. I'm happy to say Boulder Baked is open until 9:30 Sunday-Wednesday and until 10 Thursday-Saturday making it a great spot to grab a treat late at night. They specialize in offering gluten-free and vegan cakes and cookies. The interior is a little small and there's not much seating inside so ambience is why I would give a 4/5 star rating- otherwise the treats are delicious. This is a spot that is better to grab and go or get takeout. Online ordering is available!
