When I was scheduled for my first return session I was placed with another technician and I was thrown off, I let her do the sessions since Danielle wasn't there and I ended up hating that session. It felt like she was just tired and was very slow and the machine kept turning off on her. I texted Danielle right after and explained my frustration. She basically said she never said she was there on weekends and apologized for my experience with her technician and said she would continue doing my services but that she doesn't come in on the weekends.
