Called them out to take a look at our AC as it was not turning on consistently. Was charged $200 and was told it should be good to go. AC ran for about 10 minutes and turned off again, even though our place was still 79 degrees. So we called them back and were told that it could be something else now that will require an extra charge, obviously we then asked what about the $200 charge? We then received a callback stating they'll refund it but do not want to come back since we weren't satisfied and were given a different company to call. What a great way to get a returning customer! I guess we would should've been satisfied with paying $200 for nothing. Highly do not recommend unless you want to risk paying money and being told to contact a different company. read more

I had mold in my ductwork and wanted it all ripped out and replaced because it couldn't be cleaned.. He wanted to hire an engineer to draw up a plan, tried to sell me a U/V light to kill allergens in the ducts, wanted to sell me a new system.... I called on Monday morning and Florin came the same day to my house and I had just replaced the a bunch of stuff with another person but the ac wasn't working and I told the other person and he back came 2 times and said it was fine while only hot air was blowing . Tired of no ac I had to contact another ac person to get a second opinion . Florin came and was very patient until he found the problem , he wasn't in a rush . We spoke together until we found the issue and it was motor ( the new one the other ac guy put was defective ) he had to replace which was not good and I had just replaced it . I was dying of heat so I ask him to put a new one for me. He didn't want to make me spend money and told me to contact the other ac guy . so I had to beg him to put it in . Florin responded to my call with a quote very quickly. He worked around my schedule to come and service my AC unit when it convenient for me after work. During the service he changed the filter, cleaned the pipes, checked the coil, cleaned and put tablets in to maintain the water tray, modified the motor power level to put out less but cooler air, and maintenance the roof portion as well. His quote was accurate. He did not try to sell me anything, and told me he would conveniently remind me every 6 months to come back for a cleaning if I was interested. He also tightened a few screws on the air vent that was making noise. He said if the noise continued he would come back to recheck on it. I would recommend Air Anytime! read more

I first called this company when my regular AC guy wouldn't come out on a holiday. Florin answered my call and made the service call and I got my air back that day. It turned out that I had a leak that leaked through the dry wall. He came back on another day and ripped out and replaced the wet dry wall, replaced the coils where the leak was and put the unit up on a stand and added moisture sensors. Florin came to the house right on time, diagnosed the problem, contacted the manufacturer, learned the part was still under warranty, picked up the needed part and returned, again on schedule.
