He was so professional and polite. Very thorough! Very knowledge---walked me through everything and explained everything is such easy-to-understand detail. He made me feel encouraged that this company is honest and employs honest people. I initially was looking to get a dryer vent cleaning, a unit cleaning, and an antimicrobial fogging. He did a full inspection of all the things I was looking to have done and was honest about the services that I didn't need so I wouldn't be spending money unnecessarily (although he offered to still do them if I still desired them). He showed me how to clean my dryer vent out for the future---with the way our stuff is set up, it's very easy for us to do. He showed me video of all the vents and informed/showed me a vent that needed to be repaired and he then laid out my options for me to decide what I wanted done. He then looked to see if he could crawl under the house to reach and repair the vent. He gave me lots of great tips for creating more efficiency in our home and how to keep our air in good quality as well. Kianoosh carefully and attentively listened to everything I told him and all the various problems I mentioned with our system and air flow to various parts of the house, and he really took care to address and attempt to fix each one, and if it wasn't something that could be fixed same day (i.e. large repairs and installations), he made sure to inform me of all the options---he showed such care and impeccable active listening skills! He also asked to borrow some water from the tap for one of the machines and some water spilled on the floor and he offered to use the shop car to clean up the water. He was so respectfully of our home and being in our home. Truly Kianoosh was an incredible representative of Interstate Heating & Conditioning company. We had a leak from the drain hose and Brandon came and took care of everything!! He resloped the unit, shop vac'd up the wet insulation, carried the shop vac down from the attic, dumped it in the trash, carried the fan up there and plugged it in and also got a contractor out here to fix the ceiling drywall as soon as possible! I thought I would have to fight the company on fixing the ceiling but...nope!! How many people do you know that would go beyond the call of duty? The day after the heater was turned on, we walked in the house to find water dripping through the ceiling in the kitchen and laundry room which the painters had just finished the day before. They didn't glue the joints which is a rookie mistake. Both the HVAC and plumbing looks like it was done by amateurs. We've had two gas leaks. We have had continuing problems with the plumbing and even have a hole in the wall in the dining room which hasn't been repaired due to a hose bib being improperly installed outside. They seem to have a lot of young employees with no experience and these guys have no critical thinking skills and no oversight by experienced supervisors. It's also discouraging that Chris Prudhom has shown no interest in getting these issues taken care of and doesn't return our phone calls. He promised to pay our heating bill for one month where we had a gas leak but we've yet to see the check. Supposedly it was returned to them. If it wasn't for the fact that we have to use them for warranty work, we wouldn't touch them again with a ten foot pole. We wonder how long we'll keep finding issues with their work.

I've had them…read moreout to do several jobs on my system now, and they always strive to look for creative solutions, take the time to explain it and help you to understand it, and execute it at a level that to me seems like nothing short of perfection. Unlike a lot of companies out there who seem to just want to sell you a new unit, these fine folks always look for solutions and only recommend a new unit if it's absolutely necessary. I've had six of their techs to the house over the last couple of years, and they've all been great. I've had them do duct work, general maintenance, and recently even had to replace the entire system due to age. They are excellent communicators, show up in a timely manner, strap booties on their feet before entering your home (surprisingly rare and may not seem like much to some, but to me it's a very courteous and respectful gesture), and truly exhibit a level of pride and professionalism in their work that seems rare now a days. Big shout out for a solid replacement job by Dakota and Mason. They did a fantastic job and my house is now nice a cool. Heck, they even swept the garage area they had been working in! They definitely go above and beyond. Also appreciate the solid work done on past jobs from Carlos, Nathan, and Joseph. Finally, I just wanted to give a big shout out to Kaison. That young man is the epitome of a pro. Your technicians are literally the face of your company, and you definitely not only have a fantastic tech but an ambassador for your company with that man. His level of professionalism, compassion for his clients, his expertise and the pride he takes in his work go above and beyond and it was truly a pleasure to work with him. We loved our first service for help so much that we signed up for a maintenance plan to check our…read moresystem every six months and canceled out previous serviced with another company. We purchased our new air conditioner unit for outside from them and they again were great to work with! Our second call was to check a leak in the wall behind the shower. It wasn't a good experience. The tech seemed a bit full of himself. That cost $99 and the tech told us we needed to tear out the whole shower to stop the leak. A second opinion proved it to be a simple leak down a water pipe and I fixed that on my own. Next service we were told that a cleaning of our duct system was needed. I ask if they would put a new anti-bacterial bulb in the unit after the cleaning and they told me no problem. So I ordered one. Today we had to Haden & Andrew come to clean the duct system and they were great. When they arrived I reminded them of the bulb they had agreed to plug in. After the cleaning, they were to mist the ducts with a machine to kill anything bad left in the ducts. Unfortunately the machine used to spray this mist would not power on so they called the office to find out what to do. Afterwards I was told they would need to come back when they got the machine working and they also were told to charge me $65 to change the light bulb. After buying a new unit, a cancelation and rescheduled appointment due to broken equipment, incorrect evaluation of a leak, crooked hole in my wall I told them no to the $65 charge and took my 75 year old bottom to the attic an replaced the bulb in less than five minutes. I felt insulted. And now we wait again for the sprayer to be fixed and them to return to finish this service. The best part of the visit today was Haden and Andrew, they were great guys, answered questions and worked with me to move my dogs and cat out of the way, they did good work and I appreciated them. At present, we are still waiting to get them back to spray the ducts, it is important to us as we have our daughters and children here and we have all experienced upper respiratory and sinus problems as well Asthma recently. I feel if anything a discount should have been offered due to all the trouble it has been getting this partially done.

The bill for the installation of three faucet sets (that we had already bought) plus the water lines Was initially over three thousand dollars. I objected to the bill. After speaking with them, it was reduced by approximately a thousand dollars, but keep in mind that they still charged me over two thousand dollars for the installation of three bathroom faucet sets and some water lines and did not provide a cost estimate before commencing work. While they apologized for that, I have no idea if that was deliberate or not. They are not up to snuff in terms of customer service at a minimum. I will never use them for a plumbing service again. There are far too many options in Edmond.
