We were in a rush to find a mattress. We got rid of our old one and didn't have a replacement for the night. We found Air Dream and it had great reviews so we went to check it out. We were honest and let Felipe know we needed it today and he offered to deliver it for free. He brought out a double sided mattress on the floor which we tried and felt fine at the warehouse. We agreed to buy it cash. He arrived as promised. We brought it in the house ourselves and set it up. We laid on it and it seems firmer than we remembered but we figured maybe we needed to give it a night and see. Needless to say it was the worse sleep. Felt like sleeping on plywood which wasn't how it felt at the warehouse. We called Felipe as soon as they opened to express our concerns but he got defensive and said "I told you it was firm." We tried to reassure him we weren't looking for a refund we just wanted to work something out and see if there were other options. We even offered to downgrade if that's all he had in stock and meant the mattress was softer. Felipe again got defensive and said "you're just saying it because now you want a Queen mattress." Disappointed in how this is being handled. But it's our fault for rushing into it. We thought we could trust and support the local business. Very disappointed. Shady service. Went in on Monday and spoke with a tall large gentleman that informed me of all the options they had in stock and future stock. Priced me a mattress at $120 and said to come back in a few days since they'll be restocking then to see if I wanted to check out their other options. Came back 2 days later on Wednesday and was greeted with another gentleman. He seemed helpful at first but offered me the same mattress for $150. I explained to him that another gentleman had offered me $120 for that same mattress a few days ago. He told me, "Well, you should have bought it then. Now prices are up." He did lower it to $140, but didn't even bother giving the first gentleman a call to confirm and stood firm on his offer. I left without a mattress. 5 Stars for my experience on Monday, but c'mon, really? I didn't come in a van/truck on Monday but I did on Wednesday to pick up the mattress. We bought a set of couches, a marble top dining table, chairs and a full mattress from the Air Dreams factory direct store at Rosemead. Upon arriving I received one of the comer chips off on the marble top dining table ( did not notice after they assembled ) and one bad cushion chair. Updating to 4 stars. Air Dream Mattress sells non-branded mattresses and they are assembled on site, with delivery normally within 2-3 days time. I gave Air Dreams another try to purchase a firm bed to have by Labor Day weekend. The padron Armando only works on weekends now so I was helped by another gentleman. The quoted price for a queen size firm was exactly what I wanted to pay and they even accepted CC, with the same price as cash. (PM if you are curious of the price). The experience, as I had remembered a couple times before was quick and easy. Delivery time was stated as 'before 1pm' though I got a phone call at 7am on a Saturday morning, eesh. The delivery men were professional though and for $20 they took away my old mattress as well. This spot is back in my good graces, three beds purchased here and counting. A hole in the wall spot for sure, but they've been in business for many years and is a place I would recommend to friends. read more

You have to turn on the small street to get here. You can order catalog stuff but you can always order custom furniture based on your homes specifications. I usually give them specs and design, then pick the material, and they work their magic. Catalog and custom prices are usually a lot less then what other places charge. They deliver for free if you are local. Takes 2-3 weeks for custom couches. Pay cash for the best deals! read more
